Firstly, the above mentioned ratings is for a doc Hubbard not doc Hebert. Doctor David Hebert is pill pusher. He recently was arrested for over prescribing. How do I know? Bc I was once his patient. I called his office after straining my back. He came in the observation room & asked what I was there for. I told him & he says follow me to my office. So I did & he sits behind his desk & ask what kind of pain pills do I want. I said whatever you think will help. He writes a script for #120 10mg Lortab w/ 5 refills! That's over 600 very strong pain pills. He says come back in 5 months, I do. This time it's Fentanyl!!! He gives the 100ucg strength & told to come back every month & another script will be waiting at the receptionist desk! And he was cheap. He only charged like $50-$70 a visit. Eventually the cops busted him but fear not, he is back in biz in the same cruddy office build in the 50's. I hear he does not charge girls either.
