It’s clear that this office has no clue as to what they are doing when its 2014 and I am just now receiving a bill for 2011 that I was never billed for before. Then as I am standing in the lobby waiting to talk to the Dr. Kota about the bill I over hear him bad mouthing a current employee to other employees and staff. No wonder why he has such a huge turn around with his staff. This just shows the level of unprofessionalism from Dr. Kota and his billing procedures. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS OFFICE OR DOCTOR AGAIN!!

Dr. Kota always answered his personal phone calls while in the room with me.. or ended up yellin out the door to talk with another staff member or patient. HE IS NOT NICE. The Nurse Practicioner at the Site Rachel Carlson is amazingly nice though. :)

Dr Kota was my employers' doctor who I had to go see after a work-related injury, and I wound up keeping him as my personal physician! Like in a lot of other busy offices, your appointment will not take place on time, but that's because he spends time with each patient to answer any questions or concerns and make sure the patient understands. (You won't wait a REALLY long time though or get to feeling like they forgot you were in the exam room.) Dr. Kota has a nice, friendly demeanor, is professional and has a great staff (receptionist Chris is A+!) Bonus: They have Saturday hours!! (Alternating Saturdays, I think). Highly recommended overall.
