I saw Dr Miles and her PA for five years. They were good at giving false hope and switching medications and dosages and not at all concerned that my migraines were getting worse. I felt they weren't sure what to do and really didn't care. I ended up having to retire early because of the migraines. I switched neurologist and discovered I was misdiagnoised and only then did I find relief.

Dr. Miles is a very straightforward professional woman. I really enjoyed her company and she was able to help me virtually eliminate my daily headaches.

I have been told by other neurologists that I am the worst migraine sufferer they have seen and that I've done everything. Dr Miles spent two hours with me on my initial visit. Never in my life has a doctor spent thatch time in exam and asking questions! She and the treatment plan has changed my life very literally. I used to get migraines that would last 24/7 for five days and for the lat seventeen years almost everyday now for the last six months since starting with Dr Miles I have had four. Thank you Dr Miles and your caring about me and helping to make the quality if life so much better! I lived three hours from where she practices and now I have moved to a different state and I will continue to go to Dr Miles for treatment of my migraines.

I have headaches and have been to many doctors. I have take100 of med dr recomended, been to chiropractors, therapy, etc. I went to Dr. Miles to see if she could think out of the box, but she recommended only what I had already been thru. If you gave her a suggestion she discounted it. I think she had me on a trial of some kind for one medication. when i told her it didnt work she said find another doctor.

I am under Dr. Miles' care for epilepsy. She took over my case when my previous neurologist retired. She did a thorough review of my records. She initiated an adjustment of my medication and gave a sensible explanation as to why she thought that to be appropriate. She was willing to take the time to answer my questions and was friendly and helpful.
