After another doctor did not think I needed a hip replacement, I went where I should have from the beginning! Dr. Romanowski is wonderful!! He performed my husbands knee replacements and took care of my rotator cuffs when he did shoulders. He is warm, caring, patient, superb in his field, and has many more positive qualities. Although it seems like forever, it has been only four weeks since surgery and I barely use my cane in the house.

I had a total hip replacement on 2/12/21. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted warmly. Dr Romanowski answered all my questions about the surgery. Dr. Cindy Romanowski had a class before surgery which alleviated any fear I had about surgery. She ordered Meds ahead of time so they would be available when I was home and starting recovery.
The day of surgery Dr. Romanowski came to see me before I went in. I felt a complete sense of trust in him. The surgery went smoothly and now in my 7th week of recovery I can walk without any assistance. I can sleep without pain and wished I hadn't waited so long. I highly recommend Dr. Romanowski and would refer him to anyone.

The entire organization is a well oiled machine. My results for a total hip replacement were simply phenomenal. Rehab was amazingly effective.

I recently had my hip replaced by Dr Romanowski. On a scale of one to ten I would rate him a 50! He is a wonderful, caring, EXPERT surgeon. He and his team take care of everything for you- before during and after the surgery. He checked on me multiple times in the hospital, and was always available for questions. I truly believe that in spite of the 1000's of surgeries he has done, each of them is important to him. I had very little pain which I heard is typical for his patients. I couldn't be more grateful for the treatment and care I received.

He is by far, in my opinion, the BEST Orthopedic Surgeon in W.N.Y. Hands Down.

I was referred to Dr. Romanowski after having fallen and sustained a tibial condyle fracture (below the knee). I never got to actually meet with Dr. R but was seen by his PA. I was told that I should not do any weight bearing nor bend my knee for 12 weeks at least, was prescribed a brace, and upon my asking, was told that it probably would be a good idea if I had a follow up xray after about 4 weeks.
Upon returning to Sweden (re 5 weeks later) where I live and work (I am an expat), I contacted an orthopaedic surgeon right away, had several xrays + a CAT scan and was told that I SHOULD HAVE HAD SURGERY rather than being treated conservatively AND should have been given a completely different brace that allowed me to move my knee joint. I am now facing an extended rehabilitation period and will most likely need a knee prothesis in the near future.
I feel that more thoroughness on Dr. R's part (and actually taking time to examine me himself and order more xrays) would have saved me a lot of unnecessary suffering.

Romanowski to anybody who needs joint reconstructive surgery his staff is outstanding and professional and the experience that I thought would be somewhat of a negative experience turned out to be incredibly successful thanks again Dr Romanowski

I have had partials in both knees and several years later, had to have my left knee restructured with a complete knee replacement. Dr Romanowski explained away all fears. He is very kind and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Since Feb.I have been under the care of Marc, it is now April and with total replacement of both my hip and knee I couldnt be happier! From the time you are meet by the staff until you see the doctor it is a pleasant experience.Ifound the office staff to be truly helpful when I needed letters for work or the like, always with speed and accuracy. As for the the doctor, I find Marc to be a very friendly and personable. Marc always had time to listen and answer my questions to completion. It is very obvious to me that the people supporting Marc from the staff at the hospital to his receptionist are all working toward the common goal of patient care. Not only do I find Marc to be a very skilled surgeon, he is also a good manager of people and buisness. Looking back at my experience I couldnt imagine there to be a better place to have these procedures completed. I will recomended Dr. Romanowski to people with the full confidence that they will be cared for with the same skill and compassion

Dr. Romanowski is alright but I believe his assistant Jerome has a better attitude and has a more thorough way of explanation.
