I rated DR NOE a 10 out of 10. Why,simple hes the best in what a DR is suspose to be.He allways had his ears open to what i had to say and he went beyond his calling.he gave me more help when my mom was passing than anybody else.i dearly miss him and thik of him often.hewas allso a dr,and i care less about these fake people that call them selves DRS that there degrees from a cracker jack box.MOX NIX BS..IVE HAD 2 B/S DRS THAT CUT MY MEDS BY 65% SAYING DR NOE GAVE EVERYBODY DOUBLE THE MEDS THEY NEEDED.HE GAVE ME EXACTLY THE CORRECT DOSE OF WHAT IT TOOK FOR ME TO HAVE ANY KIND OF LIFE AT ALL( PERIOD).. Im just barely hanging on now.This excuse for the majority of so called Drs,LIE,LIE,LIESAnd nothing but lies Shall and will Be Judged My prayers are that they all end up with all the agony,pain,and all the tears I,AND MORE PEOPLE LIKE ME ENDURE DAILY 24/7 DR NOE IF YOU READ THIS.I PRAY THAT YOU WILL COME BACK AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR PATIENTS.WE NEED YOU.THANK YOU.PAUL DAV8S
