Great doctor! He takes his time and gives thorough exam and is very honest with you about what you have to do to get better. The office could use some updating overall.

Dr. Falk is a kind and caring doctor and well educated. His manners are not the best but he listen and gets back to you if you have a problem. His staff is busy but end of the day they take care of your needs. He recently moved to a better and bigger practice and that make things easier. I am his patient since 20 years.

Dr. Falk is a good clinician and thorough with his examinations. His bedside manner lacks warmth, but this is only in recent years. He is excellent with referrals and follow-up, but only if you do your part. His staff is always busy, but usually come through with what they need to do. The front office staff are often overwhelmed, and perhaps Dr. Falk needs to hire additional staff, get larger space, partner with another physician, replace some furniture and clean up his office. Perhaps then his demeanor would improve and he could better perform as the healing physician.
