I was a patient of Dr. G McKay for 10 years. I had much restoration work and many procedures during this time. I left after I realized some unnecessary work was done and I was charged out of pocket - not covered by insurance - for multiple unnecessary periodontic appliance adjustments. He put a filling on the face of a tooth that popped off after a couple weeks and didn't offer to redo it. I cannot recommend this dentist. I was not treated as a patient just a customer.

Truly a Gem...the entire office takes time to explain what's being done and also gives me options. Office staff are so efficient and pleasant. The icing on the cake is the beautiful waiting room makes me feel like home. Hard to go anywhere else when you've experienced Dr. McKay's gentle & professional touch and lovely smiles from everyone in that office.

Probably the best dental team and practice in Mississauga. Dr. McKay is restoring my teeth which have become severely damaged from extreme grinding. Not the cheapest but...man...he will never let you leave without making CERTAIN the positioning and bite and color and feeling and EVERYTHING is done PERFECTLY! Worth every cent! He explains every single.part of any procedure he does making sure you undersrand and feel confident before proceeding. LOVE him and his endo and his staff especially Bonnie!

The best dental care group I've ever had, the atmosphere as you walk in brought me into a beautiful northern cabin in the woods complete with a fireplace, and pioneer furniture. The ladies are excellent in the most welcoming you way possible with positive smiles and sence of professionalism, and unsurpassed quality of authentic care. The next experience was meeting Dr Glenn McKay, a friendly and extremely knowledgeable dentist with the most up to date equipment and treatment procedures; more over, I had a completely painless experience. I have to mention that my wife refused to go back to our former dentist for personal reasons, but upon visiting Rockwood Dental Group in Mississauga, she would look forward to returning for further treatment. A truely fantastic and professional group of friendly genuine staff, the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Thanks Rockwood Dental Group for being the best dental care available.

Wonderful experience. After trying two other dentists in my time I can honestly say the Dr. McKay brings a level of knowledge, trust, and compassion that makes my past dentists look like barbarians. I'm so glad to have found Rockwood dental. The hygienists, and receptionists capitalize on how wonderful the office is.

Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Dr McKay was extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. I had my first visit at Rockwood Dental today and I'm so happy with my choice. Also, the wood cabin vibe of the office is a pleasant surprise for Mississauga :)

Really helpful front desk staff. Prompt with submitting into the benefits plan. Hygienists are nice as well, especially when I brought in my 4 year old son for the first time. They were really patient with him and reassuring.

Dr, McKay is also great. Really takes the time to explain the treatment plan and always checks in on you while you're in the chair. So glad I finally found a family dentist office I will actually enjoy going to regularly.
