Dr. Asgarali is a considerate, patient doctor who put my son at ease! He was relatable and knew what to look for. He performed an ENT for my son with no complications! I was pleased with him because he cared to answer my questions unlike another ENT doctor I went to see who just wanted to operate right away, wasn’t friendly or approachable!

76 years of bad hearing now I can hear without aids, this guy is a god send.

I will avoid this Dr. He operated on my son's tonsils but did not even come to see home in the ward even once. Tonsil removal is a day surgery, and after the surgery the patient goes to the ward for recovery for a few hours. In all the cases that I am aware of, the operating Doctor, comes to the ward after the surgery to look at the patient to make sure that the surgery has gone ok and the patient's condition is what s/he expected. But NOT Dr. Asgarali. He left immediately after the surgery. We were left guessing as to what to do. Later on, we found out that the medication he prescribed for post operative care were not suitable for a young person. All in all, it was a terrible experience

Plan to be here at least an hour and a half past your appointment time every single time you come. Dr is nice but hard to hear and understand for someone with hearing concerns.

Doctors are fine. However reception is terrible.
I had an appointment and they let the doctor leave prior to me being seen. Then when I asked about the wait, they said the doctor left and asked how come I didn’t say anything. I didn’t know it was my responsibility to keep an eye out for the doctor leaving when I had an appointment.
