Had a msg left for appointment, I returned message and was called back fairly fast. So office started off great. 1st visit, he scheduled a CT and got back to me with results in about a week. I was impressed. My appointment was basically on time. I can not really attest to knowledge though as I was just given results of CT the first time.

However, it went downhill from there. Another CT was scheduled for a different area. It has been 3 months since the CT and still no results are provided. I have left a couple of messages over this time even asking when I may get results. No messages have been returned. I can understand being busy, but it doesn't take long to return a phone call and state when I will get results even if it means waiting. That would have kept me satisfied at a minimum, but no information for 3 months is not tolerable.

I would NOT visit Dr. Asgarali again. I would go out of my way (and did) to another ENT.

Staff was terrific. Dr asgarali ruined my nose. Do not have turbinate surgery. I notnlong cN breath through nose, and can't even sleep.
Empty nose syndrome is what I suffer. Quality of life is continually falling lower. Please consider other things. I regret everyday.

After tubes implant for my 2 years old daughter, and several hearing tests, the doctor doesn't know if my daughter hears or what's hearing quality or if there's an inner ear infection to treat. He couldn't answer anything related to her hearing yet he's so good at showing the ear chart and talking about possibilities and how the ear works. He knows his chapters very well but that's what anyone can learn from google.

I had vertigo for 10 months and I wasn't getting better. I went to see Dr Asgarali and he helped me by performing lots of diagnostic tests and then recommended treatment that improved my condition. He is a great doctor as he takes his time with patients and he cares about them. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart.

I’ll start by saying the reception staff were amazing. I do not expect my doctor to be in a pressed lab coat, but he was dressed very scruffy. He did not wear gloves while removing instruments and was putting these up my nose and in my ears, the container he took them out of was not the cleanest but I trusted it was sterile inside despite him not wearing gloves. During his discussion after he checked my sinuses, he pulled his mask down to his chin to talk to me well within 6 feet and continually scratched is nose. I am personally vaccinate, but did not find this appropriate for a doctor to do in a pandemic. I found he was casually removing his mask with his receptionist to speak to them too. Overall, very unprofessional.

The best ent i ever meet in gta.... I had swollen nasal lining for about 1.5 years. My family dictor recommended an ent in his vlinjc who said that i was having difficulty in breathing due to debiated septum bone and now since your nasal lining is swollen you cannot breath properly, hence surgeru needs to be done.i replied to ent ( Dr phuntkee at north york clinic) look doctor im enginerr and i know if my septum bine is deviated itmeans one of my nostril has less space than normal and the other one will have more space for air passage. So i should be able to breath properly wfrom the nostril having more space.but i cannot breath properly ftom both nostril, it is because of swollen nasal lining. I asked hi to treat this. He gave me corticosteroid sprsy to use. But it was not affective. I took second ooinion and Dr asgar diagnosed it really well. He asked me to stoo taking dairy oroducts as i was milk allergic. My condtion has improved significantly.

Dr Asgarali is a wonderful doctor. He is patient, kind, listens and follow ups. I am very happy with him as my ENT doctor. Such a nice man.

Dr Asharali is the best Doctor helpful and polite amazing person . But the receptionist has to learn how to talk to the patient.
