Dr Asgarali is a very caring and thorough specialist.

I haven't seem him in a while but will need to get a referral from my family doctor soon.

The Doctor is a bit of a wait but worth it, as he is very helpful and open minded and easy to talk to. He also has a more holistic viewpoint, being that he takes the entire picture into consideration and is not just blindly siloed like other ENT's I have been to, who did not end up helping my condition at all . He actually gave me some hope and a plan.
The staff, however, could use a bit of more customer and administration skills as they seem not to care too much or be very organized.

Disgusting service by staff (phone communication: calling multiple times to wrong numbers despite Client gave the right one, impossible to clarify the reason of multiple calls ("I did not call you", failure to explain Client's worries, and leaving Client alone with the problem ("Have a good Day") ...

Feel very frustrated that after urgent referral was made over 4 weeks for my son,, no one calls for an appointment. I left numerous messages, no one bother to call and let me know if they even got the referral from my doctor. Very unprofessional and client centre care. No wonder there is a big lines in the emergency departments because comment doctor’s office do not attend to clients’ needs. Very upsetting.

Had nasal cauterization done on both of my children and they haven't bled since! Very skilled at his craft with a wonderful team. We are lucky to have such an amazing ENT who has helped my children immensely.
