An Excellent doctor. She may not be one to hold your hand, but if you need a good doctor who knows her stuff, is a true professional, and will take the time to follow up with you, you will appreciate doctor Hockley. She is an amazing woman who is actually more concerned about her patients than most doctors out there. I was blessed to have her as my doctor and I will forever be grateful for all her help and advice. An Angel in disguise!!!!

Office receptionist is very abrupt,often unpleasant,has an unfriendly personality,no finesse.Makes a patient dislike having to go the office and get past her to the Dr.The Dr. is so business-like she has no personality. Very abrupt,never smiles,rapid stacatto speech. Treats the disease but doesn't relate to the person behind the disease.Does her "job"without any emotion.

They call her the Hawk behind her back at the hospital she is hell on wheels making sure that her patients are properly taken care of, but I believe she mis informed me in certain areas that could have kept me off dialysis longer. Cola is really bad for the kidneys, diet or regular, she told me to drink it. she said to keep to the diabetic diet but when I went to the dialysis clinic the restricted several items from that diet and labeled them as bad for your kidney function. A good Nephrolagist should know this and direct her patients accordingly. I just feel she could have done a better job.

Pretty close to punctual. Does spend a lot of time with you when you're in her office. Does ask good questions and is thorough. Diagnosis of my condition could/should have been identified faster.
