Although I ave been coming to the practice of Dr. Reiter, Jackson and Nevin for some time now (aboout 4 years), it was my first time meeting Dr. Reiter during my 24 week prenatal exam. I found him to be somewhat detached and not very helpful regarding my questions on cord blood banking, amt of exrecise i should be doing, and any possible upcoming travel. I did not feel like he cared enough to even ask when would be my proposed travel be. Until now i have been seen by Flynn, (i believe she is a nurse practitioner) and found her to be extremely nice, knowledgeable and caring. Since there is no way to choose which doctor of the practice will deliver my baby, and I am sure they are all qualified, I just hope for a bit more doctor-patient compassion from Dr. Reiter...if it is him in the delivery room.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reiter's for about 18 years. I think he is a knowledgeable gynecologist. I don't have children but I assume he is a good obstetrician too since he leads the practice. He always has been respectful and I've felt that I got good medical care. I like the nurses a lot. My only real complaint is that it's such a popular office that it's always so crowded there. I do tend to have to wait a long time. Dr. Reiter has tended to give me free birth control pill samples and then later sometimes a free diaphram. He is a nice man. I find the nurse practitioners especially patient. A woman named Noelle who works there spent like an hour of her lunch time showing me how to use the diaphram properly. Good place. The clerical people are doing the best they can with so many customers.

I waited over an hour for Dr. Reiter. When he did show up I found him so intimidating that I could barely speak - which is good because he didn't answer my questions anyway. He bullied the nursew, stood right over the top of me, and outright refused to give me any guidance on prenatal tests (he said it's a personal decision, but he wouldn't give me any information on pros and cons). I left my last visit in tears. He was so rude to me that the nurses came back to apologize.

Dr. Reiter is a fantastic doctor. I've never had a physician spend more time with me to make sure I was comfortable.

I've been seeing Dr. Mark B. Reiter for about ten years. At my regular visits he always ask if I'm up-to-date on all of the other exams that are required for my age group.

This rating is more for the Reiter, Hill, Johnson practice than for the doctor himself. First, the female doctor I saw was very cold and made me feel ridiculous for voicing any concerns I had. She also rushed through my exam and brought in a student without asking me for my permission. Later, I had an ultrasound and the technician told me I had a disease and that the doctor would call me to discuss. I never heard from my doctor or anyone else in the office. Instead, only after calling multiple times to speak with any physician but failing to do so, did I have to beg the receptionist to read my chart to me. Only then did I learn that the tech's diagnosis was incorrect. No one should have to deal with the panic a diagnosis creates and then struggle to speak with his/her doctor. Lastly, the offices are old and dirty. I will never return to this office again.

I am sure Dr. Reiter's practice is made up of good doctors but I have changed to another practice because of their terrible office staff. I had to call and call to get test results, when I finally got test results they were not complete, I went in for an emergency ultrasound at 6 weeks due to bleeding and cramping but did not ever see a doctor - instead the technician discussed having a D&C. I am now in the care of a great doctor who takes the time to see me and answer my questions. Again, I'm sure he's a good doctor but this practice is too busy.
