Dr Bing has been our family physician for many years. Although he may not be the most punctual (haven't found a doctor who is), he takes the time to find the problem and make an accurate diagnosis. Too many people blame the physician for problems outside of their control. Dr. Bing is a trusted physician and a person I've come to respect over the many years.

My father was a regular patient of Mr. Bing (he does not deserve the title of doctor). Mr. Bing diagnosed my father with Rheumatoid Arthritis and treated him with steroid shots and pain pills. My father had stage 4 LYMPHOMA that had metastasized to his spine. The pain he was feeling was bone cancer. Mr. Bing missed this for months after several complaints from my father. My father went into Mr. Bing's office, after a stint in the hospital with an incorrect diagnosis of Hepatitis, complaining of worsening pain. His liver was at 95% failure at the time he was at the office. I would not trust this man with a package of bandaids and neosporin. This man should not be practicing medicine on humans or animals. This mans name is hated in my household. Please do not go to this doctor. In order to avoid claims of libel I cannot blame this man for my father's death but I cannot say that he was not responsible.

Dr. Bing has been our family doctor for more than 10 years and is a wonderful physician. He has always taken the time and explained each diagnosis with us especially regarding our son. He got us referrals to reputable physicians due to concussions, torn ligaments, etc. I trust him and his staff in dealing with our family health. I may have to wait a couple of minutes to get in but well worth the wait. In some instances when I felt our son couldn't wait another day for an appointment, I would call Gloria and explain what happened. She would ask Dr. Bing and we would be seen that day due to the severity of the issue (in this case concussion #2). He has always conducted himself professionally and with a pleasant personality. I don't trust anyone else with my son or my family.

Dr. Bing is a joke. All he cares about is money. He diagnosed me with incorrectly with hypoglycemia. It's probably because he's more interested in running his home health and hospice companies. Or maybe he's too busy being medical director of several (at least 4 that I know of) skilled nursing homes in Katy. Or maybe it's because his hospice went under for fraud and he was too busy reopening another one. The man has his hands in so many different areas in Katy that he probably doesn't even know which way is up anymore. He even threatened to drop my grandfather from his practice because we demanded to use another home health (one my cousin worked for) instead of his. From what I was told, we have the right to choose who we want for home health services. Whatever you do, DO NOT trust this guy. He's all about $$$ and not patient care.

My father has been a pt. of Dr. Mark Bing for over 7 years. Each time we have visited the office we have been treated with respect. Dr. Bing is a very caring compassionate Doctor who always takes the times to discuss my father's medical issues. I know time is limited as many people are ill, so I come prepared in advance with my list of questions. My father has the opportunity to speak to the Doctor (of course he is the patient and can explain best his issues). I sit back and then ask ques. that I may have as a caregiver or when seeking clarification. He is quick to making referrals when necessary. I could not have a better Doctor for my father, Gloria who assist is the best and a very caring staff.

After waiting for 40 mins. I was finally put into a room where I waited another 20 mins. Then I heard someone look at my chart outside the door. No one came in. And when I finally had enough, I opened the door and stepped out to see him sitting there talking to a woman about office politics, which I heard them through the door, but did not know it was him. So what he did was look at my chart and decide that my problem was not urgent. So rude. He knew I was in there waiting for him. I'll find another doctor. He's not the only one around. No wonder he has poor ratings.
