I would highly recommend Dr. Gelzayd to my family and friends and to anyone who is in need of a Gastroenterologist. He explains procedures and outcomes extremely well in terminology that is understood by a lay person, he takes his time. He is professional, caring and compassionate. His office staff, Julie and Marie are polite and helpful.

Dr. Gelzayd is a caring and very professional physician. I have seen several doctors and he was the only one that was truly interested and listened to what I had to say. His staff was very friendly and welcoming. I do not understand where all these negative reviews about him and his stuff come from because first-hand experience I can tell you he was one of the best doctors out there! His staff was never rude to me or any other patients in the waiting room. Anyone in need of a Gastroenterologist must see Dr. Gelzayd to get the best care!

I took my 75 yr old mom to this person who should find a new line of work when we got there a half hour early to fill out paperwork as instructed we we not greeted just tossed paperwork after about 20min of filling out the book of questions my mom needed to ask a question she was told most people could fill it out in 15 mins as if she was to stupid when i got defensive and tried to help the front office person started yelling at me then the doctor came out and started getting rude with us too that was the most unprofessional office and doctor you don't tell a client they are incompetent if you are planning to stay in business by the time they got done seeing my mom they didnt even know why she was there and told her to go home and get laxative wow that was worth the time and money .
