Pleasant physician, extremely informative; took the time to explain clearly and to assure that I understood the diagnosis and the recommendations. Re-enforced the teaching with printed educational materials. Answered all my questions.

I will never refer anyone to this doctor. I am a healthcare professional myself and I came to him seeking for patient care, not a professional interaction. The moment he knew I had medical knowledge he immediately quizzed me and put me on the spot. I did not come here to get quizzed. I came here to get help and I did not get anything like that. I asked him for compassion and care. He said he did not practice medicine to give compassion. What a horrible thing to say to a patient and another healthcare provider. He started telling me he has been practicing 30 years in Stanford, Yale, whatever. His 30 years of practice obviously did not teach him anything about treating a patient as a human being. What a waste of money and time. If you are looking for a caring doctor, you will not get that from Dr. Kmucha.

Absolutely the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I have many names to describe this man but...professional is NOT one of them. He was disgustingly rude to my elderly ailing father right in front of me! I'm afraid to see how he treats patients that are alone and don't have a witness.

I was completely stunned when I left this man's office. He is condescending, overly blunt, sarcastic, and pompous. Being a mental health professional, I would say he appears to have Narcissistic Personality Disorder. As he was examining me, he said my nose reminded him of some of his former rhinoplasty patients; meaning, people with noses like mine would opt to have theirs reconstructed. Then, after discussing taking over the counter antihistamines, he made the statement, "Well, you are already nervous and jittery so we wouldn't want you to get any more nervous and jittery." SERIOUSLY??? Then, as if to show a little bit of personal interest in me (which was obviously fake), he asked what I did for a living. When I said I was in the mental health field, he smirked and said. "Well, that explains a lot." I kept looking around thinking I was on a hidden camera show or something. Is this guy for real? I left feeling like I'd been beaten up. I will be asking for a referral to a new doctor AND posting as many reviews on this guy that I can to warn people to save their sanity and self-esteem by steering clear of Dr. Kmucha!!

This Doctor is about to under review and I am filing Malpractice and he Submitted a FABRICATED examination report to my Doctor. I am also suing for Malpractice as it was stated to me that he could have killed me...He told me the Awful smell I was experiencing was from ...get this "STALE AIR TRAPPED IN MY SINUS" I was recently discharged after all almost dying from Sepsis...( he knew there had been a mishap during dental work that resulted in the infection. He also did not know that I am a Medical professional.. I told him to open an office in a Waterfowl Preservation area....STAY AWAY

The most rude doctor ever!!! He really deserves zero stars. Wow. I am shocked at this so called professional in how he speaks to his patients. He was completely passive aggressive in how he asked questions but at the same time didn't even let you answer. He was plain rude and condescending. I can't believe he is even allowed to practice. He didn't even let me fully explain my symptoms and other things which led me there in the first place. I stood up and told him I don't like the way he is speaking to me and he needs to learn how to speak to his patients who are coming to him for answers. At first I thought he was just having a bad day but then I went on here-Yelp to see with my own eyes that I'm not the only one. Just wow. Arrogant a-hole

Worst Doctor's office I have ever been to!! I am still in shock as to how he's office is still up and running. Not only was I completely treated with rudeness, I also witnessed his staff being very disrespectful to other patients. After being made very uncomfortable and being told derogatory remarks by his staff, I looked him up on Yelp.com and realized that quite a few of the complaints were the same experience I had.

It seems to be a toss up with this guy. He is Napoleon reincarnated, the epitomy of Short-man's Complex. Just as the other negative, yet accurate, reviewers stated, he should not have a license, has no sympathy or even cares to listen to the patient's issue(s). He is quick to shoot his mouth and attempt to impress you with his knowledge of being an ENT and that he has done this for a million years...I didn't come here to listen to this and get insulted. He said the radiologist "misdiagnosed" my result and that my primary physician, who referred me to him, was an idiot. My PD did that jerk a favor by referring me and he turns around and not only insults me but my PD and the radiologist. He is totally incapable of dealing with people and I had only given a brief description of what I was experiencing. He had the medical records in front of him and he was still combative with me, "I don't think you want to get better. So what do you want to do?" I got up and told him to move out of my way
