From childhood I have had myopia. I had cataract surgery. But my case
is complicated. There are multiple issues.

said corrective surgery is possible. But
I was very nervous and scared. Then after talking with my doctor I
decided to go for the surgery.

Dr Eric took care of me for 3 months as my eye pressure was very high.
All of his staff members were very caring and supportive. Thanks to
you all.

And thanks to Dr Eric I can now see this beautiful world without glasses.

Went for a consultation on lasik and got PRK instead after a thorough evaluation. This team is very efficient and effective. They were extremely helpful at all points of the entire experience and Dr. Mandel is very expert at his craft. I'm two weeks post op and have been able to read very clearly at times. I am still healing so vision can be blurry but this is an expected part of healing. I am excited and happy to be able to read some things I couldn't before even with contacts on.

Dr. Mandel and his team have completely changed my life for the better. I am extremely thankful for the successful Lasik surgery I had this month. This surgery was difficult for me because of my anxiety but Dr. Mandel and all his team are professionals and helped me through the process with nothing but positivity and good energy. If I could describe Dr. Mandel in one word it would be impressive. He is an expert in Lasik and has a great personality and because of this I chose his as my doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Mandel for anyone who wants to see perfect without contact lenses/glasses. After a lifetime of wearing glasses and lenses I finally decided to take care of my eyes at the age of 38 So I did my research and I decided to go with dr Mandel , never been happier! From my first appointments I sensed professionalism and a friendly environment.so after my first visit I immediately decided to give it a shot and try to make my life little better , and few week later I scheduled my surgery and now my life change in a such a positive way that I can’t believe it took me all these years to decide before seeing a doctor . I have needed visual correction (for nearsightedness) basically my entire life, starting with glasses at age 11 and switching to contacts at age 13. I have considered the option of laser surgery for the last 25 years, and on the glowing recommendation of a good friend I arranged for a consultation with Dr. Mandel. I was immediately put at ease by Dr. Mandel and everyone I had interaction with at the office, including his associate Missy Grohne. They took me through every step of what the process would be, making sure I understood, answering all questions, and making the recommendation for PRK surgery (over LASIK) as a result of their analysis. I was able to schedule my surgery flexibly, and the big day came and went like that! The recovery was just as predicted: one day of extreme discomfort (2 days after), but waking up 4 days after with VISION! I am now a few weeks out from my procedure, and am seeing better every day. I can't recommend Mandel Vision enough. In fact, even this soon after the procedure I can safely say that, if you are a good candidate (and they will give you the straight scoop on this), and if your insurance covers a big chunk of it (as mine did), I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU WOULDN'T DO THIS. It's a scary prospect to have eye surgery, but the way I am experiencing and , yes, seeing the world is radically better. Thanks to Dr. Mandel and his entire staff!!

Dr Mandel made sure I was well-informed about the risks and trade-offs, and I was well & efficiently taken care over. After recovery I am now back to my pre-surgery vision, but without glasses! Very happy with the experience & the results.
