This Dr is so incredibly disorganized that she is a danger! Never on time, the wait is usually hours! Her staff is non-existent or useless. They have no billing person so the bills are impossible to correct. Their records are wrong, they even have my name spelled wrong and I went there 3 times. Just a nightmare!

The office staff is just awful. They are rude and disrespectful. Dr. Curtis shows up two to three hours after her first appointment so that means it's about a 3 hour wait. She does not take accurate notes, forgets simple things and confusses patients. She had me come off a medication so that we can start me on a new. When I went in she forgot the whole game plan and didn't write in my file. I was in so much pain from the taking me off. All she said was just start back on the old med. waited two and half hours for that. Said she would refill my script it's been a week and still has not done so. Can't reach anyone in the office and when you do they say we will talk to the doctor and hangs up. I had high hopes and was crushed by my experience. Will never go back.

The lack of respect she has for her patients is appalling. She is NEVER on time and every appointment is more than an hour and a half late. Dr. Curtis never apologizes and and I've overheard her say if you aren't happy with the wait....you can find a new doctor. The staff turn over is incredibly high and it feels like you have to start over every time you go so that the new person can get to know you. The computer system is antiquated and it is very hard to get prescriptions filled. Why do we keep going back? Sadly there are few rheumatologists in the area and she has her patients over a barrel.

Dr. Curtis is way over booked you have to wait 2-3 hours easy, but Dr. Curtis spends a good amount of time with her patients and you never feel you're rushed and listen 's to every complaint and addresses them all. As for her Assist she is very nice and patient with everyone as far as I can see.I'v been to see Dr.Curtis many times never heard a cross word from anyone.

I have seen this doctor a number of times. While it's true that you might be waiting for a good 3 hours, I never felt rushed when I finally got to see her. However, her lack of memory as well as her lack of reading your chart before coming into the room, makes for a visit that seems to lead nowhere fast. She's simply too busy for her patients. She's too busy to really look over your test results (she mistakenly told me that some of my labs came back negative when they were actually positive) and your medical history to proparly come up with a diagnosis. It's terrible, really. Don't waste your time here while there are far more qualified and diligent doctors to treat you.

Don't waste your time with this Dr. I should taken more "stock" on the comments made before I made this appointment with this Dr. On my first appointment, the Dr. wasn't even in the office and the receptionist did not know when the Dr. would be back. There were 6 patients ahead of me waiting as well. I was told that I would be waiting a while (like 1.5 hrs. minimum). The receptionist was hesitant on giving me paperwork to fill out, because she probably knew I was not going to stay.

You will wait a REALLY long time to see Dr. Curtis; what these other reviewers note is not an occasional fluke--it's a fact. But any of her long-time patients will tell you that she is worth the wait. She has way too many patients and spreads herself way too thin--because she never says no to anyone. There is a shortage of rheumatologists around, and she knows it. But, when you finally do get in to see her, she does not rush. She listens and remembers. I have found her to skilled and knowledgeable, but also respectful and accepting of my decisions about managing my health, which is very important to me. I am healthier than I have been in years because of her help. I believe Dr. Curtis is a true healer. I'm willing to forgive the rest. I just bring a good book or call ahead and plan my arrival accordingly.
