Very considerate and knowledgeable. Communication with the office regarding appointments and referrals is excellent.

Real good if you like waiting. He is always late and you will be an extra hour with appointments. He does push vitamins and doesn't like to give anything for pain. You will be rushed out of the room as quick as he can get you out of there. His receptionist Jeanie is rude and show's no compassion. She should just get another job.

Excellent doctor! I have been too many in my lifetime as I have suffered with eye problems for several years but it wasn't until I saw Dr Ng that I was finally properly treated. The price is more than usual but for the level of knowledge, it is incomparable ! He is great at explaining and you can tell he loves what he does. The only thing is there can be a long wait line... but nothing that can't be fixed with a good book at hand :)

Dr. Ng takes very good care of my 91-year-old mother who had been diagnozed with numerous complicated medical issues before meeting Dr. Ng. Dr. Ng has been able to prescribe medication and treatments for my mother to keep her in better shape than ever. Both Dr. Ng and his receptionist Jeannie are very patient and kind to my mother.

Nice personality. Gentle. Understanding. Very knowledgeable. Knows his stuff. First-rate experience with him in the emergency ward Wednesday night at Ouellette campus of Windsor Regional.

I don't think he knows how to smile or be civil to anyone., he's very ignorant & don't take your problems etc very serious especially if the prognosis wasn't initially made by him. He pushes vitamins & other pharmaceutical drugs that he's probably getting kick backs from. I never met a doctor so ignorant & his secretary Jeannie is just as rude, I suppose that's why they get along. Very disappointed in him, his staff etc, not sure where to go or what to do as I don't have the time nor do I want to be labelled as doctor shopping. I just want to be treated as an individual with legitimate concerns. You have to be comfortable with your doctor & they with you but unfortunately that's not the case with Dr Ng. What can one do in cases like this?
