I was extremely comfortable with the staff and Dr Pyle took plenty of time to answer and address all my concerns . I recovered quickly and and almost painlessly after surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Pyle

I would have to agree with most of these ratings. I had an appointment scheduled and called back to see if I could be seen sooner, the staff was extremely rude. (France's) the next day Arron called back to push the initial appointment I had scheduled to the end of the month. It took three weeks to get in for the appointment and when he wanted to reschedule it was for a additional three weeks away. Aaron was rude and hung up on me as well.

I enjoyed seeing Dr. Pyle, but refuse to go back because of her staff. That about owing any money and if he sent a bill, I would take of it - its only 30.00. He said he would not send a bill and will not make an appointment and hung up on me. I called back, and he starting yelling about calling the police for harassment, if I called again. I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager -(What?). So I politely sent a certified letter to Dr. Pyle with 30.00, told her about the situation with Francis, and that I won't be back until she does something about her staff. I have not heard anything and doubt she ever got the letter, because as Francis says, "He is the front desk manager".

I am shocked to read the reviews here. I had nothing but a great experience with Dr. Pyle AND her staff. Francis worked with me on two occasions to get an approval from Tricare in order to extend my daughter's care. Dr. Pyle put tubes in my daughters ears when she was 12 months old and did an excellent job. Her staff also was wonderful about setting up her surgery at the Andrew's Institute, followed up with us and took care of all the insurance stuff. I just had to pay the co-pays and never had to worry about anything else. I never had a concern in seeing Dr. Pyle and my daughter's ear infections completely went. I realize there was no guarantee that would happen and Dr. Pyle explained that all to us beforehand. We saw her for over a year after the surgery and the tubes fell out on their own. Aaron was so sweet and I really enjoyed talking to him each visit. I would go back to her again in a heartbeat, if anyone in my family needs an ENT.

Never got to see Dr. Pyle. Her staff was so rude, after being almost an hour late with no one else in the office. I mentioned it to her office manager, when he showed up and he told me if I didn't like it I could just leave. No "I'm sorry" or any apology just there is the door. Can not understand how a professional office can be run by such unprofessional people. I would nave been very apologetic if one of my clients was treated this way but he was totally rude and just wanted to walk away and have me leave the office. Business must be good if you can treat people this way.

The staff here is truly rude. When talking to them it feels like they make up answers to your questions. Called three different times over a month to make an appointment, and got three excuses for why they would not make one for me. Frances is who I spoke with on all occasions, and the final excuse was that it was the decision of the office manager. Son had appointments here, and the wait time was ridiculous. No order. Poorly managed. Terrible communication. Get treated like a number.

Worst experiencee ever!I do not know how this physician is still practicing medicine? Never even saw the doctor.I am very close to calling the FDA and filing a claim. Dr Pyle claims to be an allergist??? NOT TRUE!Practices Quackery! After being hung up on the phone by Frances?I called back to talk to the office manager, Frances would not give me a name and then threatened to press charges for harassment.I am getting shots once a week now from a real allergist, I got details on Dr Pyle from the staff at my current Allergists office. Frances, rude receptionist, Aaron Dagen, office manager. Aaron just as nasty as Frances. Do not waste your time with this office! Go see an Allergist who is trained in the specialty. Dr Pyle is not! Only took a weekend course on allergy immunotherapy (Shots). A true allergist does a 2 year fellowship for the specialty. Dr Pyle is an ENT not an allergist!!! A Medical Assistant(1 year trade school)runs the so called allergy clinic. What a JOKE!!

I called and told the guy who answered the phone that I wanted to see the Dr. for a second opinion, and he told me the Dr. doesn't give second opinions. I thought he was kidding, so I said I'd like her "expert, first opinion," and he then told me I'd already stated I wanted a second opinion, so too bad. He said it's "city politics" and "office procedure" not to accept patients who want a second opinion, and then he laughed. I told him I was calling my insurance company to let them know that the listed "provider" won't take a patient who wants a second opinion, which is my RIGHT as a patient. I do NOT recommend this office to ANYONE! Although I never got to schedule an appointment, I had to fill in the punctuality and knowledge ratings, so I chose the lowest rating.

Dr. Pyle's office staff are INCREDIBLY RUDE! The bull dog that RUNS Dr. Pyles office. I told him to his face that he was "Very Rude" and that "He needs to understand WHO the customer is". Well he told me to leave. When I asked to see and discuss the issue with Dr. Pyle, he told me "ABSOLUTLEY NOT!" and then pulled the Sheriff's business card from his wallet and called the Sheriff on me! I told him at that point "that he was in serious danger of loosing my business". he (the office manager) stated "I'm sure that Dr. Pyle will agree with ME, and...there are plenty more people waiting in line behind you!" After leaving a few messages in Dr. Pyle's voicemail, She (Dr.Pyle) did call me back. She never appologized, never asked if she could keep my business, and evaded all of my issues with her staff. So, if you want a doctor who obviously believes that there is an endless line of patients and doesn't care if she has your business or not...Here she is!
