We've been with Dr. Feldman for over 16 years, through lots of illnesses and medical conditions, and have nothing but good things to say about him.

Dr. Feldman has been our children's pediatrician for the past 25 years, he has been through everything with us and has been simply amazing. He has gotten our children appointments different times within a week or literally the next day at Sick Kids when needed. He wants to use the time wisely in appointments so he is direct and focused on getting all necessary information to best treat the patient. Bernice is amazing

AMAZING doctor.
Very knowledgeable, extremely reliable. We have been seeing Dr Feldman for over 15 years and not once have we had any sort of problems or concerns with him. Many of our friends went to different doctors at first however the ALL ended up with Dr Feldman at the end.
If he doesn’t know something for 100% he will do everything in his powers to help you, sending you for additional tests or to specialist and having them see you that same day etc. In case of emergency’s he will see you right away.
Yes the office itself does need some major Reno but nevertheless that does not interfere with his work.
Strongly recommend this doctor to everyone!!!!

Just correcting the person who said Dr Feldman called CAS and had child apprehended. NOT SO!! This is a case of some ignorant person making up gossip. I saw Dr Feldman and the secretary trying to comfort the mother. They were just as surprised as she was!

Very knowledgeable pediatrician, but due to time constraints he can be abrupt. He wants parents to be objective and ask relevant question, do not go off tangent with emotions and small talk and you will find him to be a great doctor! The office can be cleaner for sure! I am a neat freak,
so I find it absolutely repulsive. The secretary is absolutely amazing! She goes out of her way to accommodate your appointment, schedule a test and overall provides a 5 star customer service! Doctor's record keeping is a bit off ....😉, so alsway remember what the plan of treatment is (the first time he mentions it) and remind him about the tests during the follow up appointments. Also, he doesn't like flipping through records to find prescriptions, so know the name, dosage and the reason for the Rx (and then he will flip through the chart to find it...😂). Honestly, I have to give him the credit for keeping together with h all the screaming kids in his office, I would have lost it a long time ago!

I find Dr. Feldman rude with his comments. He is not pleasant when I go there with my children. There are rarely any time he seems happy to be there. I agree with the other comments that the office could be cleaner. One time he asked me if my child showered because he was constantly sick I found the comment rude and offensive. Another time I was worried that my child was constantly sick and his reply was he is not going to die you know. I have to say his receptionist has been nice since the beginning and calls back for appointments right away. She is very accommodating at least to our family. The doc could use a bit more manners and listen to a parent's concerns. I have to go with the same issue at least twice before I get some medicine or cream or anything like that.

If others are getting last minute appointments then that is not fair. We can never get a timely appointment and no one ever calls back about test results. Dr Feldman is rude, doesn't listen, doesn't answer questions, will not make specialist referrals and has a dirty and cluttered office. The paperwork piles up, he can never find anything and even the office examination tools look dirty. It is safety issue to keep the same doctor, but you get the distinct impression he has lost interest in the job and helping people. If you need him, he is just not there for you. Sad because he use to be much better with my first. Never on time, not very helpful and knowledge should be shared with parents about their child's issues not just ignored. He refused to send us to allergy testing and the suffering continued until the walkin clinic made the referral and now my daughter is no longer constantly critically ill. He makes too many mistakes and Bernice covers him up. He charges for every note and they are never correct or informative. Clean and disinfect your office it is a health concern.

Dr. Feldman has been my children's doctor for 15 years now. I love that he is caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. His receptionist Bernice, is one of a kind. She is one of the nicest women to talk to. Thank you for always squeezing us in when we are in need of a last minute appointment.

Dr. Yaakov Feldman is one of the worst doctors I have met. He never does what you ask of him, and rolls his eyes when you explain your symptoms, as if he couldn't care less about you. I don't know what these other people are talking about but he really doesn't care about you if you are over a few months old. He ignores your problems and sends you home with nothing. If you need forms filled out, he will charge $30 for a sentence even though it wasn't what you needed. But he will be so rude and say that he has gone beyond what is required of him. On the bright side, the secretary is amazing.
