I have visited Dr. Wong 4 times now and have experienced high quality, professional help and information from him each time.Yes, he is to the point and factual which could come across as dry and uncaring but he makes sure to cover all the bases and he always asks me if I have understood and if I have any more questions.Under his treatment, my sinusitis condition has improved radically without the need for surgery. Dr. Wong's receptionist is very courteous and efficient as well. Thank You!

He shouldn't be allowed to ever see people with tinnitus as he has absolutely no compassion or kindness.

Condescending attitude and impatient. I saw him when I was a teenager and he asked me what my problems were. I said I had recurrent ear infections so that’s why I was referred to see him. He rudely said he was asking for my symptoms not why I’m here. As a doctor myself now, this type of bedside manner is unacceptable.

Excellent Doctor,Ignore Naysayers,Explained everything,Answered all questions,Incredible Job,Highly Recommend,I had No Fear,I had a Septoplasty,I was comfortable right from the start,He knows what he is doing,Receptionist is very nice,The operation helped my breathing and even helped my Post Nasal Drip slightly(been suffering over 20 years)Perfect surgery with no complications.I suspect the same person was writing the bad reviews!

Dr. Wong is the best ENT by far!!! I have been to several Doctors ENT’s in Richmond, and was most comfortable, confident, and informed. Dr. Wong takes the time to let you ask all the questions you need. He did my Sinus Surgery, and it turned out perfect! No more problems! Once in awhile you may have to wait a little bit, but he is definitely worth the wait!

I have had two appointments with Dr. Wong over the past few years, and I find him rude, dismissive, not caring, and not explaining things clearly. I lost partial hearing to my right ear and he basically told me there is nothing can be done. When I asked him questions, his answers are short and rude, and I needed to kind of probe him to get more information. It made me doubt how knowledgeable he is. His reception on the other hand is nice.

Dr Wong was very good with my daughter, he took the time to get down to her level and make her feel comfortable. He answer all of our questions and did not rush us at all. He explained why he thought our daughter would benefit from tonsillectomy and we were very happy with the end result. He came and talked with us after my daughters surgery, explained how it all went, what to expect etc. and answered any new questions that we had. His receptionist was very nice. Would go back to Dr Wong again if the need ever arises.

I can understand why people feel he is cold and uncaring but my feeling is that he is knowledgeable and very succinct. Bedside manner may help many feel at ease but I want my doctors, especially my specialists, to really take control and tell me what's what. Dr. Wong does that and I feel comfortable with him thus far. He literally saved my life as my throat collapsed on itself. He was very professional, very quick, answered my questions (I really was in over my head with what was wrong), and his manner with me was exactly what put me at ease. Yes, his visits are short but I haven't had a reason for a long visit yet. He's scoped me at least 5 times and has been encouraging and painless each time.
