Like was said below, I had the first appointment and he was 30 minutes late. He was so sure what I had. Told me to take prescription and headed out the door as I'm trying to ask questions. I tried to ask questions on my treatment at a later date but he would not answer.

In the year since becoming a patient of Dr. Ranta I have been kept waiting 30 minutes or more for the first appointment of the day. I noticed on two occasions he did not even bother to get to the office until close to 30 minutes after my appointment time. I found this behavior unacceptable and found another Dr. I think he is tired and Old and should consider retiring

Dr, Rants is knowlegable and though, owever he over tests and is somewhat misleading as to what tests will be covered even though they participate in you insurance And offered No help in resolving n insurance issue. The office staff is the most unhelpful and refused allowing me to even speak to the Dr. Unless I made an appointment. This has been the worst experience I've ever had . Too bad because I feel he knows his stuff

Dr. Ranta was a Dr. I went to for a 2nd opinion and I am so glad I did. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He takes the time to listen and to answer the many questions that I have brought in to him. I went through an extremely difficult time and I can't imagine being under another Dr.'s care for my problem. I can't thank him enough. His staff is very professional as well. I have already recommended him to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Ranta!!!!
