horrible appt - dr is running an IME clinic out of a rented conference rm in a biz ctr in Bedford NH - he has no staff of his own so has biz ctr staff handling pt med recs - also has female pts removing clothing & is touching them behind closed doors w/ no staff avail to supervise - he is a bad dr doing bad things - I will be reporting him to every agency that I can to try to stop him from his unethical & unprofessional practices. If you have an appt w/ this dr make sure you secretly use your phone to record everything. I guarantee you that it'll be important later on.

I was sent to this "Doctor" for an independent medical exam by my disability insurance company. This was CLEARLY not "independent"...he is in the insurance companies pocket. I had previously undergone two unsuccessful fusions to my sacroiliac joint. Due to their failure, I had (and still do have) chronic pain of the SI joint. I was told to bring all of my prior test results, Cr scans, X-rays, MRI's...the works. He took these from me then left the room. When he returned j asked him if he was able to get the cd with my X-rays to work...he responded "oh I didn't look at them. I just wanted to see what you had done." He asked me questions, then interrupted my attempts to answer. He then proceeded to perform tests for sciatica, such as a straight leg raise. I don't have, nor ever claimed to have, sciatica. However, he noted that due to the results of this unwarranted test, I was lying. Because of the location of the SI, lying flat on my back and then sitting up is extremely painful, and I involuntarily made a small noise due to the pain. He deemed this "exaggerating" my pain. He stated that my treatment plan by pain management was inappropriate yet failed to state what he thought WOULD be appropriate. when I received his report, I called my treating doctor in tears. The first thing he said was "was this exam done by Dr. Glassman?" This shocked me and I confirmed it was. He told me that this doctor is well known in the local medical community for saying anything he needs to in order to get a persons insurance claim denied.
There is a special place in hell for arrogant money grubbing jerks like this man.

Find a real Doctor. He is an embracement to the Concord Hospital Group. The nurse put me in a room and I waited for glassman for almost 2 hrs. I was there for a routine physical for my work. The physical took about 3 minutes when he finally got to me and then he failed me. I was about to lose my job . My company doesn’t pay for physical’s so I went to a real Doctor and passed. I am in my late 50’s. He insulates himself and will never talk to you again. One of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I want my money back too.

Gassman seemed uncaring and did not take my injury seriously,He was 45 minutes to an hour late for every appointment He asked questions but did not wait to hear my answers. He continually interrupted me, and really didn't care what I had to say.Very rude and un compassionate. He did not want to see any records or info brought into him.He made a judgment at the beginning of the appointment, and was not swayed by the facts. The "Dr." at the beginning of this statement was/is intentionally left out as a means of dis-respect, as he deserves none. (Respect, that is.)

1st - no receptionist there. 2nd - Glassman would NOT ALLOW me to bring in my fiance. 3rd - would NOT allow me to speak and TOLD ME SO. 4th. - Per workman's comp was told to see him for an eval - (def working for the insurance companies NOT patient.) 5th - had seen and continued to see a well known Neurologist who confirmed in documents my condition which Glassman totally ignored! Eventually, I went to the Medical Board and complained! They said would keep on file and other complaints would be noted.

Dr Gassman seemed uncaring and did not take my injury seriously. He he frustrated my husband by putting his hand in my husbands face & saying "let the patient answer". I had a TBI and no working memory at the time. Had my PCP refer me to a different doctor. I was told by a coworker I should have mentioned Star Wars, his passion. ?????

Late for every appointment, one time i waited 3 hours, does not speak clearly, listen wel or act like he cares, doesn't like to look at files or xrays he ordered. He's very unprofesional and has no bed side manner and is very unorganized. I was overcharged twice including a bill the insurance company had paid.

I went to DrG and when he entered the room he began to yell at me I had only been in there 5 mins. I asked him if I had done or said something to him to upset him. He said no, but then the pencil tapping started. If I was talking he was not interested in what I said . He just tapped his pencil and foot. When he did exam me he took two fingers down my spine to the area of my insicion and it hurt so bad I started to cry. It didnt matter to him. When I finally stood up and he finished his so called exam, I was in so much pain, all he said was to get up there , Once on the table he told me to lay flat I cant lay flat with my back. I said can you help me, his remark was Im not here for you workers comp wanted me to look at you. I asked again CAN YOU HELP ME< he said Im not here for you Im here for workers comp. Ive never had a Dr yell at me for no reason When I called workers comp and told them that he was yelling at me he denied it and said I was lying. DONT GO>
