He told me i had the flu and i ended up having pre clamcia -.- he told me 5o my face i had diarrhea and i told him no i dont . I had bad vomiting and a migrain and really bad heart burn . I just wanted something for my heart burn and he acted like i was crazy cause i tild him tums wasnt helping . Apparently he delivered me as a baby and apparently panicked during delivery . Wouldnt look at me at all when i was talking to him and kept making up symtoms i didnt tell him i had . Dr bates has always been my dr and i never wanted to call his office and tell him hey you need to talk to this man . I was so dehydrated that my lips were cracked and bleeding and he refused to give me an iv cause i was contagious like excuse me ? He needs to retire

Dr. Cowan was very thorough and made sure I had no questions or concerns before I left. He has a great bedside manner and made the visit less stressful. I highly recommend him.

Dr Cowan is one of the best OB/GYN in Brantford. I have had him for years and he has been very patient and helpful during perimenopause and menopause years. He always listens, gives options, and lets you decide what you feel is the best solution for you.

Dr. Cowan took me seriously the minute I walked in. He was my mom's OB when she was pregnant with me, and my sister. He was my sister's OB for both her kids. I went through years of pain before the nurse at my FP finally said "I'm sending you to a specialist". I walked in, I told him what was happening and he took action. After the height of COVID, I was in for surgery and was diagnosed with Endo. It was validating to know that he believed in my pain. Fantastic doctor.

I was having a very difficult problem..and Dr Cowan knew exactly what the problem was. He calmly and with confidence and knowledge told me my options. Since I've seen him my problem has been addressed and I'm 100 % better. Dr Cowan is a wonderful caring trustworthy doctor. I'm very happy he's my doctor.
