Dr. Ma's office is always busy but he never turns you down for an appointment which I appreciate. I guess he does double book but what if it was my child who was sick and I REALLY NEEDED to see the doctor... His bedside manner is poor however I do find him to be very knowledgeable. Also, I appreciate the print outs he gives me to remember things about starting solids and the run down on the vaccines. By the way, he feels very strongly about giving infants the scheduled vaccines, so don't even bother going to him if you're planning on not vaccinating your child or waiting. His staff is great and the nurse that administers the vaccines is awesome. She's very quick and gentle with the babies which makes it as pleasant as possible of an experience. He does rush me, but I make sure my husband makes it to all our daughter's appointments which by the way, he does accommodate you on Saturdays. All in all, I wouldn't change him because he does have my daughter's best interest at heart.

Keep your children away from this man, aside from the fact that his oiffce is constantly overbooked, he is rude, rushes all patients, and does not like to answer questions. He has also diagnosed my children incorrectly and prescribed the wrong medication, this was told to me by other Doctors. He should not be allowed to practice medicine.
