When my children was young we bought kids to see him. He looked not happy to see us and was rushed us out. When I tried to describe the medical problem to him I felt he treat your needs as not necessary and not big problem. Then when I asked to see specialist he was hurt and very reluctant to do reference. I insisted and he told me I have to wait 2years. And after I waited 2 years I got a call said I missed the appointment. Go other doctor if you could.

Dr Ma is rude and dismissive. Does not like to be questioned. Choose someone else.

He was great at the birth of our daughter. We then faced a severe case of eczema. Begged for a referral to Sick Kids after a long time of suffering and not knowing what to do. He seemed unaware of how to handle it. Treated it like it was not necessarily as bad as we described it or showed that it was. Turned out he was not aggressive enough regarding her treatment. Was patient and courteous but I feel he needed to listen to the needs and assess the situation a little better. Sick Kids provided a remedy and we worked through treatments. She has outgrown most of the eczema now at 13 - hats off to Sick Kids for helping us endure the condition for all those years!

He is one of the worst Pediatrician i have ever seen and strongly recommend never go this doc and he will make you life miserable.

I don't understand some people's harsh comments. Yes, dr Ma is quick, has no time for small talk, but he's efficient, as well. He's not a therapist or priest to talk for an hour to the patient. But he will spend with you the time needed when your child has serious problems (and that was the case with one of my kids). He loves vaccinations, I don't, however we are still getting along. He was present at birth of both my kids, 13 years later they are still his patients, and will be until they grow out of the pediatric care.

I was very happy with dr.ma he saw my daughter at the last moment . Explained everything and requested that I follow up in two weeks .. it is a busy office but which dr's isn't nowadays .Staff was helpful and I appreciate him seeing and helping my daughter thank you Dr.Ma

No beside manner whatsoever with the kids, my kids are never happy about having to go to the doctor. He seems to know his stuff but as the kids have gotten older he seems to have gotten more miserable. He never speaks to them, always rushes us through, and never even smiles. We've been going for more than 10 years and I'm not sure what's taken me so long to find an alternative doctor but its way overdue and would not recommend this practice to anyone, even the toys in the office are as old and crappy as the service you receive.

Dr. Ma was rude and didn't have patient to listen to my son's health problem and didn't willing to spend time to explian my son's situation. He was always in a hurry to rush you to leave the office.

i agree with the previous comments. this doctor has changed a lot. he was my boy pediatrician since he was born, my boy was one of his first patients when he started his clinic here in mississauga. he was then a very nice doctor who answers all questions you ask. Now, i find him very rude, not accomodating & displays irritability when you asked him questions, always in a rush, he even told me that he don't see patients anymore who are not really sick,that he has to attend to some other patients who are sick. i am disappointed as i am praising this Dr. Ma before, he always have a smile on his face...but now no more...so disappointed...i guess i have to transfer my son's to our family doctor who is very nice & very accomodating...i do not recommend this |Dr. Tze Ma to anybody else.
