I had Dr.Jordan for 2 out of 3 pregnancies. He was great with both of them. My last pregnancy , my daughter was born , she wasnt breathing. Dr.Jordan and his nurses saved my daughters life! Anytime my children or myself have seen him in emerg , he has always been so nice and caring. He is awesome with kids! ....people need to remeber he is only human, he wont get everything right all the time...and i am sure we all dont get everything done right at work...look at mechanics!

He misdiagnosed my fiancé when she had a miscarriage causing her to have problems getting pregnant again. Fortunately while on a visit to Montreal, she got proper treatment and it didn't effect her permantely. He has also misdiagnosed problems with my children giving them wrong dosages on prescriptions and not changing then when the pharmacists says so. When working at emerge he is often late and unhelpful. He brings shame to Kirkland lake and should resign!!

I was oh so fourtonate to be blessed by Dr.Jordans a few times in the ER back when I was 16 and was going through a lot and had to keep going back to the ER.. Lucky me kept getting Dr.Jordan. His best response was "oh you're just a depressed teenager go home and deal with your issues like the rest of us need to" and sent me on my way... Again.. Two weeks goes by and I end up developing a UTI so back to the hospital i go .. New Dr was on thank god.. Long story short when I provided them with a urine sample it came back with a high amount of sugar in it and that they were going to order some blood work which ended up giving me my diagnosis with type 1 diabetes and that my "depressive" state was caused by all the extra sugars in my body.. I could have died with the amount of sugar found in me .. Dr Jordan didn't even take the time to tell the nurse to give me a urine sample or order a panel of bloodwork to see what was going on..no instead I had to live with the idea for over a year at the age of 16 that I was loosing my mind .. Thanks Dr Jordan .. For nothing

Had the unfortunate experiencing his care in the emergency department after major vascular surgery. I got up off the bed and left as I was so upset with him. If I have to go to emergency and he is on \I leave as I will not let him near me. Doctors like him should have their license revoked.

Dr. Jordan has been my physician for over 25 years. He has been with me through 2 pregnancies and a miscarriage and a cancer scare. If it wasn't for his perseverance and continually sending me to specialists until we received an answer and thank God because if it wasn't for him, a severe underlying medical condition would have been undiagnosed and would have eventually lead to me having to live with a tracheotomy the rest of my life and I am only in my early 40s.

In my opinion,Dr. Jordan is variably competent. He totally dismissed symptoms that were consistent with my advancing respiratory infection. He stated in a KL ER visit in early March, "You look a little tired, a little worn. You're on the tail end of this thing." On Mar. 18th I was fighting for my life as my oxygen saturation in my blood went to the low 80s on oxygen. A chest x-ray taken at Temiskaming Shores Hospital under the care of Dr. Thomas McDermott in ER showed that I have bronchial pneumonia. So much for Dr. Jordan's assertion that I was going to be okay. I'm still recovering from the pneumonia. I fall asleep easily in the day. My stamina is nowhere near where I want it to be. I had to have six Ventolin treatments and several hours of oxygen on March 18th. I contrast this with the fine treatment I received when I collapsed and had chest pain. He gave orders for me to have nitroglycerin and morphine through the night. I had reported him for minimizing earlier symptoms.

Recently a family member was treated and admitted to hosital by Dr. Jordan. Because of his professionalis, patience and compassion my relative was successfully treated. He was quickly admitted and flown out to Sudbury for treatment and is now home with a good prognosis for the future. I would be happy to be treated by this doctor any time.

Went to emerg with a client and he told us he could not do anything he will call us with an appointment with an other Dr. he spent an overall of 15 sec. in the room and was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Dr. Jordan is an ass. He is never in a happy mood and treats people like they are stupid. I would NEVER see this Dr. for myself even if I was dying.

Extremely uninterested and full of allness. More interested in lunch time and joking with the nurses.

I had the misfourtain of having to see Dr. Jordon in emerg. Will never stay there or go there if he is on AGAIN ! Lousy doctor who does not listen, just likes to hear himself talk.Told me the specialist was wrong. I got up and left and did not let him treat me.
