Dr Petrus DuToit is retiring in January 2026. He will be missed ! I have had the privilege having him as my Family Doctor for years! He is friendly, kind, thorough , caring, and makes sure medications are right for me , we have talked travel , listens to my health issues and either gets them solved himself or sends me to a Specialist or Surgeon who can solve the issues. He LISTENS...which I have in the past had Drs that do not Listen or care as much as Dr DuToit does! I hope that he and his wife get to travel after he retires and enjoy sleeping in and doing whatever he enjoys! He has been a Sports Dr , plus worked at Walk In Clinics, as well as his practice. He has arranged for a DR to replace him to take over his patients so we can continue to have a Family Doctor! THANK YOU Dr. DuToit! Peet is a fantastic family physician who has always listened to concerns and not hesitated to support in referrals to other medical practitioners for support where needed.

I have got by email "Missed Appointment Charge - $150" invoice from "Dr. Petrus Du Toit Inc.". Without any phone calls, confirming date and time with me, they silently sent me an appointment details 1.5 month ago, which went into a Spam folder and today I got this charge. It is completely insane!! You can't treat an appointment confirmed just by sending out an email.

Dr. Du Toit is ok but his staff leaves a lot to be desired I will not recommend.

Dr Du Toit listens to you, and partners with you in your health care. He is caring, friendly and very knowledgeable. We are glad to have him as our family physician.

Dr. Du Toit is very helpful, respectful, a great family GP and fairly well connected in the specialist circles (even though the spinal guy he sent me to was a total head case). Over the years, he has got me into a great physio program, excellent gastro/intestinal people and kept me moving.
