Crude admin/receptionist services. I will never ever go back to her office or her affiliates after her father conducted surgical services for me and I had to return to the hospital two day later. When I telephoned to ask follow-up questions s/he was never available. I filed a complaint with my insurance company.

Staff is rude and short. I have waited at least an hour an a half for each appointment, up to two hours. When I asked questions she was rushed and wasn't very helpful. I have switched.

I changed OB after 32 weeks. I felt this practice was pushing towards elective c-section, and scheduling birth at 38 weeks. Elective c-section is not covered by insurance. Their reasoning for suggesting c-section was b/c it’s safer for the baby, easier recovery time for mother, sex is better, etc. Other OB’s disagreed with this. This is something that I was not comfortable with. Also, this practice is obsessed with weight gain. I was told I gained weight too fast and the baby was going to be big. I had only gained about 26 pounds by 7 month. When I took gestational diabetes test, Dr. Dipaolo told me I might fail the test and her nurse said the same thing. I was so paranoid; I hardly ate anything, which is not good for the baby. The test came back negative. My new OB told me that I was small and the weight I was gaining was nothing to be concerned about. She told me that the baby was not too big and ordered a new set of ultrasound to make sure everything was fine.

Dr. Dipaolo is a wonderful, caring doctor. I recently needed some surgery, she explained everything in detail, took great care of me, and I had no pain at all! I would recommend her to everyone.

My mother and I both see Sanda and she's a wonderful docter! She's gentle and explains everything. She delivered my baby brother and will deliver my baby as well because I trust her more than any other docter. Her father is also a wonderful docter and they are both very supportive of all their patients.

I did not find this doctor helpful or supportive during my pregnancy. She tried to push me into an elective c-section for no real medical reason. None of the research I did in medical journals (i.e. JAMA) or discussing my situation with other medical professionals supported her claims. She used scare tactics to try to get me to schedule a c-section including telling me after a vaginal birth I would never be the same, sex would never be the same, I would likely need surgery to fix my prolapsed pelvic floor... all nonsense. Then, to top it off, when I asked questions about all of this, she did not have the time to answer. Her personality is very gruff. I switched to another OB practice at 34 weeks into my pregnancy.

She was excellent during my prenatal care, very knowledgeable and professional. However, during delivery she acted put out that she had to come in the middle of the night and just generally made it clear that she wasn't happy. Some of the hosital staff in the delivery room even commented to me about it. The delivery experience left me with bad memories; its a shame.

Left this practice after a horrible C-section. The anestesia didn't take, I felt the whole thing. She also would not give me ANY pain medication after. When I called to ask about pain she told me to go to the emergency room. I did go to a walk-in clinic and was told I had the WORST urinary tract infection they had ever seen. Patients BEWARE!!!!

Absolutely awful. She was 45 minutes late for my appointment, she rushed me through, and I could not get a comprehensive answer for my concerns. She was extremely rough with her check-up, making a simple doctor's visit unbelievably painful!
