Parkland Medical Center

Had a visit to the emergency room. They put the automatic blood pressure cuff on so tight that I developed a huge hematoma on my bicep. They denied to have anything to do with it. When you call and ask to speak with the patient advocate you get Marybeth who Will act like a lawyer and deny Any responsibility. They pretend to do an investigation of which they really never show you. Then they claim that you’re investigation prove that they had nothing to do with your injury. This place does not care about their patients they only care about getting every nickel they can from you!

I swear this place gets paid to neglect its patients. I resigned from this facial many years ago due to my disgust with Parkland’s patient care. My family member recently underwent a routine procedure that went awfully wrong. She was rushed back to Parkland’s ER the next day. She waited 2 hours on a hospital bed before they started taking her case seriously. DON’T GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO STAY ALIVE!

Terrible! Service was a nightmare! Incompetent staff, rude, insulting, just absolutely terrible. Would rather die in the parking lot than to deal with Dr. Stern and/or nurse Amy ever again. Complete pieces of trash.
