19 min. wait time on the board. I realize, that is an approximate wait time. There was 2 people before me. I got there my blood pressure was 186/96. 4 1/2 hours later I walked out not seen.Of course their reason is they don't have enough room available.) Maybe if they offered more money to the staff they might have enough nurse to room ratio. Now they will highlight and copy then paste their responce to this and nothing will change.

Was sent here by urgent care for a kidney stone, which I have a horrible history of, and sat there for 4 hours without ever seeing a doctor, never came in to do an exam or to find out what is going on, just said my bloodwork showed no infection, yet my insides are on fire and was sick to my stomach. Dr. Alessi, and I truly wouldn’t even give the man that title said pretty much nothing was wrong with me, and I left there and went to the va and sure enough I had a kidney stone stuck in my ureter. Truly Truly a piece of garbage Dr. and hospital. Would DEFINITELY not RECOMMEND this hospital to ANYONE.

Parkland is honestly a dangerous facility to be treated at. They are so unprofessional. So chaotic. And make you feel so unsafe as a person and patient. I would never go there again. I have had to deal with server medal issues over the last few weeks and it has been traumatizing dealing with Parkland do not go to this hospital go anywhere else but Parkland there for anything is my suggestion they do not care about their patients they do not care about their employees all they care about is making money is what I’ve observed dealing with being very sick they have no empathy for anybody.

Someone vomited on the floor and it was covered with absorbent. A nurse came out and saw it and said it was from 36hours prior. They were treating triaging and discharging with out a doctor even seeing the patients.

Misdiagnosis, kicked out of room, and unprofessional staff. Do not recommend going here. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This hospital is a joke. Sent my mom to rehab and she was rushed to the hospital 4 days later with severe sepsis.Parkland should be shut down ... They sure do know how to cover their butts though so they do not get sued..

On a scale of 1-10 I rate the care services at a 3. The administration needs to invest in educating the nursing staff in caring for patients with cognitive issues and the elderly who are long term care residents. With a care ratio of 1 nurse to 4 residents my family member had issues with the following : poor communication shift to shift - resident assessment skills, safety , infection control , interdisciplinary communication between rehab/ nursing/ dietary/ pharmacy . I would never send my family member there again

Son went to ER @ 630 am with anxiety, he was so upset he couldn’t walk. He was left in the front with no one to check him in. After he was brought to his room there was blood on the floor, trash was overflowing, he wasn’t sure if the bed had clean sheet. No one could figure out how to turn off the constant beeping on the monitor that was adding to his anxiety. They finally gave him Xanax and wouldn’t give him any prescription to help hold him over for a couple of days till his dr could see him. As it turned out his pc said he was having a reaction to his Rx they insisted he continue to take (Zoloft) now a week later he’s got COVID and I got COVID from visiting him (not knowing he was sick) from what he described at the er room I’m sure there lack of cleanliness was a factor in his getting COVID
