EVS and the rest of the staff downstairs have been so helpful. Always keeping us in the loop when it comes to my mom. We had some minor setbacks but overall everything here has been wonderful. Kim the supervisor, talked to her once and never heard from her again. Thank you Kim for nothing. The lady with the short hair from medical records never returns my calls nor answers it. Other than that, everyone else has been so positive.

I love it here. I called and complained one time to patient rep and the next day it was taken care of. I love how the staff communicate with each other and fix the issue.

People are nice. A few concerns when it came to repositioning my husband but they got it right now. Everyone answers all our questions. -Bruggeman, Jan

It’s a joy coming in and being greeted by the front desk. Rickardo and Tagu are so welcoming.

Downside, because they’re so busy it sometimes took awhile for a response. Overall experience there was outstanding. Don’t care for Hector or Kim but the rest of the team was good
