Malgré la compétence des médecins le système est inefficace. Aucun moyen de parler à quelqu’un de la clinique. Ne respect pas les heures de rendez-vous, ne respect pas non plus les rendez-vous par appel.

Dr. Shiva saved my life!!!!! Following a medical appointment where I explained my problems to her, she insisted I go to the emergency room as quickly as possible, even though I didn't want to, explaining that I wasn't seriously ill and didn't want to waste my time. She sent me a referral form to present at the ER, without which no one would have believed me or even seen me!! I was far too calm and not at all worried! When I arrived at triage, no one took me seriously! Once I showed them the referral form, they prioritized me, taking Dr. Shiva's opinion into account. Ultimately, I was hospitalized for over two weeks, and the diagnosis was much more serious than I had imagined! Without her, I would never have been able to write this review today! I owe her everything! Even remotely, she could see that something was wrong, even though I told her it absolutely didn't require an emergency! No doctor has ever treated me as well as she did. Remotely!!! Can you believe it?! What incredible skill! And above all, she was so convincing, reassuring, professional, and dedicated! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Shiva!!

Dr. Shiva Javeshghani is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered in my life. This was my 2nd appointment with her. She spends a lot of time to listen your concerns and understand your needs and problems. She is very detail oriented and doesn’t make you feel like rushing to complete the session at all. She communicates with the patient in the most clear and open way possible. We are very lucky to have doctors like her.

Très difficile d’avoir des Rv et réussir à parler à quelqu’un c’est l’enfer. Ça ne s’améliore jamais même si la problématique est là depuis des années. Dommage car rien a dire contre l’équipe.
