We have been going to the Temple Medical clinic for the last about two years, and started seeing Dr Khan since he joined the clinic last year. He has been approachable, patient, understanding and very kind. He does all that he can to make sure we get the help that we need. Very attentive and fully present, he gives us all the time that we need to explain without ever rushing the consult. He gives us a sense of hope and knowledge of what can be done. I recently had vertigo and it had been very confusing and unsettling, however, Dr. Khan has guided us and has been a great part of getting me the help that I need. He has been very professional as well as humane and we are very grateful for this doctor and thankful for him as a person.

Dr Shahid Khan is a great doctor, very helpful and very knowledgeable. He works weekends and evenings too. I took my daughter there and he has helped us a great deal. He is more helpful than the specialist. He referred my daughter to the right specialist and has changed her life completely. She feels a lot better and healthier. Thanks to such a good doctor who is just minutes from home. I would recommend this doctor to every body.

For the last few months I have known him, professional and more then willing to pay extra attention to patient's need.

I've been using this walking clinic since I was a teenager (10 years or so) - it was a good enough place to get antibiotics when I had minor sinus infections or treatment for any minor illness, I've been seeing Dr. Khan for about 2 years out of that time frame. Recently I have come into a serious health issue, he sent me for an ultra sound that came up 'inconclusive' and seemed ready to write it of as nothing... even though I have a visibly PROTRUDING MASS extending out from my wrist that is excruciatingly painful (to the point that some mornings I can't hold a mug of coffee... I'm 25), he said he would prescribe me T3's (So if you're looking for easy pain medication this is the doctor for you!) and hopefully it will get better... I refused the T3's as I'm not a fan of using pain medication, and hoping it will get better is unlikely (and dare I say unprofessional) when I had to have a similar mass to this one removed by a specialist only 8 months ago. Dr. Khan won't listen or take me seriously, he won't send me to a specialist even though Rheumatoid Arthritis runs in my family. For me to get any form of help it took breaking down and crying out of frustration, he decided to send me for an 'urgent' ultra sound at another diagnostic centre hoping they' will catch something' but only after asking me if I was being abused in my relationship. Seriously? I'm not crying because I'm abused, I'm crying because you are an incompetent physician, I'm in pain, and this entire process with you has taken over 2.5 months, while my health is falling part because I can't do my yoga or weight lift and my career is falling apart because I'm a self employed author who can't type with efficiency. To top it all off, after all this crap I was informed (by the ultrasound clinic when I called them) that no one can get ahold of me for bookings because the line is disconnected... Temple medical clinic hasn't changed my phone number from 5 years ago even though I've asked them to do so every time I'm there. Needless to say I'm looking for a new doctor to help me through this.
