I was very impressed with Dr. Lam. He spent a great deal of time with me explaining all the options, the differences, etc. I elected to have some temporary filler done with him. After a few weeks, I couldn't see a difference. When I went back for the after photos & met with Dr. Lam, he said he could personally see his work, but that he wanted to make sure I was happy & offered to fill a bit more where the difference would be more obvious to me. He did, & I must say I am VERY PLEASED. Also, I did botox in February with Dr. Lam. It is the BEST I've ever had!!! It was painless, due to a special Japanese technique he uses, & it has lasted nearly six months. I am truly amazed @ his botox. GREAT JOB, DR. LAM! I definitely recommend him.

Dr. Lam is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He is very careful and takes extra steps to make sure that his customers are comfortable and do not feel any pain. Also, he seems to be up to date on the latest products and procedures.

He is an honest doctor and no overprice his price is like the other doctors .. ( I checked ) He does look at your face and enhance the best and make you look amazing .. He knows were to aply the filles correctley. Never had a issue with botox or fillers and the last also he did my top of eyes and it loos amazing no lumps. People that coplain is probabley they did not inform him of other previos predures done to them and that could have an effect on the results. ALso healing depends of the way one takes care of their own bodies if you drink or some etc.. your body wont give the same results as a healty person. He also will refuse service if you donot need it. in seveal years i never had a bad rection on anything. He has a machine that cans see the veins and he can avoid inhecting in that area for safty. there is places were esteticians are doing fillers a very scary thing. He knows exacley were the muscles are loacated. I wont trust any one else to inject me...

He is a worst unskilled dogtor ever. He is a big talker and liar. He will tell you that he never get sued by any patients at the first consultation and blah blah blah. He will promise you how beautiful you will look after the surgery he perform. What a big joke, he put fat on my face all over, and places we never disguised. When I woke up from the surgery and he is gone. I looked into the mirror, I almost pasted out and I cried so hard. He screwed my face, and make my life miserable. And 4 weeks later, I went back to see him, he told me that he think that I need a secondary fat grafting to fill under my eyes in two months, and he will give me a goog price, I said NO, he asked WHY. I wish time could go back, I would never seen him.

He is great. I am guessing someone on the internet has it out for him and might be trying to destroy his reputation by writing fake and bad reviews everywhere! You just can't believe everything you read online!! Another North Dallas plastic surgeon left me with a horrible scar below my ear and could or would not do anything to help me. It was ugly and hurt badly. Dr Lam has been patiently working on it using many different processes. He is doing a wonderful job getting it to go away. I have also had fillers done by him. Wonderful results. Be the way the MD that left me with the horrible scarring was elected one of Dallas best plastic surgeons by D magazine. What a joke. Worth the trip up from Austin that I have to make to see him!

I would not recommend Dr. Lam for any plastic surgery for 3 reasons. He put liquid silicone in my smile folds and when I lose weight you can see it. He put botox in my forhead and I couldn't open my eyes all the way because my eyebrows were so low. It permanently lowered the outer corners of my eyes. He photo shopped the pictures that he took of me (before) and then tried to hard sell me into getting $3K of extra fillers and such on my face. Plus wanted to pin back my ear. What?! Luckily I didn't do any of it. All his hard sells is to pay for his Willow bend Spa that he told me he sunk all his money into. Stay away!!! I can't give his staff a good rating either because they know what he does to people.

Caring doctor that took his time to give me honest expectations for fat transfer. It concerned me that these "patients" that have had a bad experience are all anonymous. I addressed my concerns with the doctor and staff (and frankly other patients) and feel very strongly that Dr. Lam would exhaust all avenues to take care of a dissatisfied patient. Seems like someone just wants to hurt hm personally. I really liked his work and would recommend him.

What a quack! I had dermal fillers by this guy and he makes one side of the face much larger than the other. There are lumps in random spots and I look like a complete mess. Thanks Dr. Lam for turning me into a complete freakshow! Lesson of the day: If you see Dr. Lam with a needle or a scalpel, run away!

Went to Dr. Lam for rhinoplasty. I think he is an honest and good doctor but not for rhinioplasty. He listened to my concerns but rushed me completely and din't answer all the answers but I think all doctors are arrogant. Also he is not very open or friendly.. I still did the surgery from him. Well, my nose looks the same but I am happy that it's not deformed! But still he needs more experience. I am done and have no money to get a revision but oh well, my nose wan't too bad and since it looks the same, I am like I guess I may as well just love my nose.

I've been consulted by many well known cosmetic surgeons & have had several facial cosmetic surgeries done in the past, but no dr. that I've ever known can compare to Dr. Lam-he's truly ONE OF A KIND! He has the most aesthetic eye for facial beauty that caters to each individual patient, he's very, very intelligent (a well rounded intellectual being in medicine, cosmetic surgery, anti-aging, art, photography, and many other passions), & he has EXCELLENT bed side manners (he truly LOVES his patients like they're his children). I recently flew from L.A., California to Plano, Texas JUST to have him evaluate my face & to get silicone injections for my nose. He is one of the few honest surgeons out there who will tell you the truth & NOT try to sell you surgery that you truly do not need. He's very selective about who he chooses to perform surgery on, & in fact, turns away many people who request procedures that they think they need. I no longer trust ANY other dr. w/my face except LAM!
