A doctor like this should never have been given the opportunity to pursue medicine. The damage she has caused and continued to cause to patients is clearly seen through these reviews and in the clinic itself. If you are wondering if the 1-2 hour wait time was exaggerated, believe me when I say it is not. I waited more than 2 hours, just to meet a doctor who I would say is the most insufferable and ignorant woman I've ever had the disservice to talk to. While I was waiting in the room after said 2 hours, the doctor, instead of addressing me or other patients, spends 30 minutes gossiping to her receptionist about another individual. Every medical concern I had raised about myself was immediately ignored. She decided that I needed to get blood work done however did not even look at my medical records of my blood work until I asked her to, and proceeded to not even be able to write up the blood work that she was so insistent on me getting. If you're a woman who is not trying to conceive or with child, she will ignore all of your concerns, sadly. It's hard enough trying to receive adequate medical care if you are a woman; being blatantly ignored and viewed as an afterthought because you are not trying to get pregnant is extremely concerning and horrible. Doctors like her should never be able to have the power to advise patients, let alone give them medications or tests. If you value yourself and think that respect and understanding is the forefront of a medical clinic, please don't consult this disappointment of a doctor. Women especially; she will ignore your concerns as all she thinks matters is if you want to have a child or not, only then would she even care about what you say. And if you can, please report her to the college of physicians. I do not want individuals to suffer under her care. Everyone deserves the right to a healthcare practitioner who is professional and can actually do their job, to say the least.

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. They showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Instead of listening to my concern about their staff being rude, the doctor became defensive and even said they would “not accept me as a patient” just because I spoke up. I found this extremely unprofessional and intimidating — no patient should be made to feel threatened or dismissed for voicing a genuine concern. Healthcare should be about compassion, understanding, and respect, but unfortunately, I experienced none of that here. I would not recommend this doctor if you’re looking for someone who truly listens and cares about their patients’ well-being.

I had a great experience with Dr Sara hussaini and Dr Syed both are very humble and nice with their patients.i am very very satisfied.

Below are my personal experiences here : 1) Even though you book an appointment, they will keep you waiting for atleast 1 to 2 hours, serving their own community. 2) When you book a phone appointment, the doctors assistant will call you and give you a very vague assistance, sometimes the doctor will not even bother to call you but still charge the OHIP for the appointment. 3) After waiting for 2 hours in the lobby ( even after booking an appointment and being there on time) the doctor will be in such a hurry to kick you out with out paying proper attention to your problems. 4) They know that they are fully occupied but they still try to accommodate new patients just to get more patients and make money from the patient visits. 5) when we booked a telephonic appointment , there is no time slot or approximate time in which we would expect the call from the clinic. And also the doctors assistant will give the call and would not even address what the issue or atleast give a solution/treatment . They will simply ask us to schedule an in person visit with the doctor . I assume They would still charge the OHIP for each and every telephonic appointment as if the consultation has happened with doctor. Over all , this happen to my worst experience with a family doctor / clinic.

Here Staff is the very bad and extremely rude... always 2hr + wait even for booked appointments. she her is good, knowledgeable and helpful but her staff at the clinic, management, receptionist etc they are extremely rude, eveytime i go there i always want to change me doctor..

Milking the system. Entire office is rude. Dr Hussaini is like a child. Asked for money for an appointment that was not confirmed on there end.

I am a patient of this clinic for more than 2 years. Dr.Hussaini is my family doctor. for last 2 visits she is forcing me to take my prescriptions to storeybrook pharmacy and says the in-house pharmacy is no good. I never had an issue with this pharmacy i am dealing with, she said to me if i don't take my prescription to other pharmacy, she won't give me my prescription. This is blackmailing. I told my husband that next time if she does the same, i will complain to the college. This is totally unexpectable from a doctor to force patient to take prescription to her choice of pharmacy.

Dr. Stairs Hussaini is our family doctor from last 3 years. She is really helpful and kind to her patients. She has really good staff.
