I am a patient of Dr. Malekzadeh and have consistently experienced her as a courteous, punctual, and highly attentive physician. She listens carefully to her patients and ensures that each individual receives adequate time and consideration. While no human being is without imperfections, such limitations should never justify disrespect toward a healthcare professional. After reviewing several negative comments, I noted that one reviewer claimed his wife had not received the correct medication or dosage, and he went so far as to question the legitimacy of Dr. Malekzadeh’s medical credentials. As a Canadian born in Ottawa, I conducted a brief review and found that Dr. Malekzadeh is originally from Iran and completed her medical education at McGill University, one of the most academically rigorous and internationally reputable institutions in the world. Admission to McGill is notoriously competitive for Canadian applicants, and even more so for individuals educated outside Canada. This alone reflects her strong academic foundation and professional competence. It was also evident that the reviewer’s written communication contained numerous grammatical and structural errors, suggesting a limited command of the language. It is plausible that the individual consulted multiple practitioners and, based on personal assumptions rather than medical expertise, sought a specific dosage of medication. Unfortunately, such misconceptions are not uncommon; in every community there are individuals who miss appointments, disregard medical instructions, or hold unrealistic expectations, and subsequently leave negative reviews about physicians, clinic staff, or even laboratory services. My recommendation to those posting such reviews is to ensure clarity, accuracy, and a basic level of linguistic competency before publishing statements that may unfairly harm a professional’s reputation. In summary, physicians of Iranian-Canadian background—such as Dr. Malekzadeh, Dr. Abedzadeh, Dr. Mojab, Dr. Tereshizi, Dr. Fallahi, and Dr. Rahmani—are highly trained, dedicated professionals who invest immense time, effort, and personal commitment in serving our communities. A thoughtful and fair-minded person would not hastily judge someone who devotes their life to improving patients’ well-being. Ultimately, an individual’s level of discernment and integrity is reflected in the manner in which they speak and behave. I extend my sincere appreciation and respect to all of these distinguished physicians for their ongoing service.

Dr. Pardis Malekzadeh is truly exceptional. She is not only highly experienced, dedicated, patient, and knowledgeable, but also a pleasure to speak with at every appointment. She is, without a doubt, the best doctor I have ever encountered. It is rare to find a physician who combines such genuine compassion and personal attention with outstanding medical expertise.

Worst experience ever. I have been waiting for an appointment with Dr. Pardis for over a month to discuss symptoms that have been troubling me. Despite being scheduled with the dietitian, I was reassured by the office that I would see Dr. Pardis on the day of my appointment. Fast forward to today, October 9, 2024: I received a call from a NO CALLER ID at 12:30 pm, which I couldn’t answer as I was at work. At 2:49 pm, I received an email stating, “As we couldn’t reach you to confirm your appointment, it has been rescheduled to the waitlist.” I immediately called back, but the receptionist was unhelpful. She asked me about my symptoms, saying if my issue was urgent, Dr. Pardis should have called me. I’ve been feeling unwell since July—how could she decide whether my issue was urgent or not? I told her I wasn’t comfortable discussing my health with her, and she responded that it’s their policy to place patients on a waitlist if they don’t answer the phone. HOW FRUSTRATING AND IRRATIONAL is that? I’ve been feeling unwell for months, and this is the response I get. While I understand that policies are in place, they should be clear and properly communicated. I am extremely disappointed in this clinic and the healthcare system overall. I feel lost and unsure if I can even switch doctors. Dr. Pardis may be great, but that means nothing when her staff is rude, irrational, and incompetent.

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. I suggest you to consider writing an email to the attention of Dr. Malakzadeh stating that your appointment has been canceled, you do not feel good and need an earlier appointment. She sees the emails and makes extra effort to arrange an appointment occasionally after hours to help her patients or she may send an email regarding blood test results. Hope this solution is to your satisfaction.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Malakzadeh. She is exceptionally experienced, dedicated, patient, and knowledgeable—truly the best doctor I have ever encountered. Dr. Malakzadeh listens attentively and compassionately, ensuring that every concern is addressed with care. Her dedication extends beyond appointments, as she thoughtfully responds to my emails with the same level of patience. Both Dr. Malakzadeh and her nutrition consultant, Ms. Nancy, have provided me with invaluable support, for which I am deeply grateful. I sincerely wish them continued health and success. The office environment is also commendable—organized, and supported by a team of secretaries who are unfailingly kind and professional.
