We've been going to Dr. B for 8 years and he's never steered us wrong. His referrals for both of us have been good and he's been very responsive. I communicate with the office through the online platform and that has worked very well for us and I love how he even uses the phone i.e. when I'm outside of Peterborough - perfect!

I have been seeing Doctor Bartlett for 8 years now. He is very caring and really listens, taking problems seriously. One of the best doctors I have ever had. I have had many over my 7 decades.

His staff that work alongside him are just as amazing. The nurse is the sweetest most genuine person I have ever met, always knows how to make you feel comfortable and heard.

Staff is not reliable. My husband has been waiting for 2 weeks for a letter. Staff said it was in the mail. We now are told to go and pick it up. IT WAS PROBABLY NOT MAILED!! Can’t always blame Canada post.

Any person to be lucky enough to get Dr. Norm Bartlett as a family doctor, is a very lucky person, you will never find a more caring, intelligent doctor anywhere! Dr. Bartlett was head of the Campbellford Emergency, for many years and helped many people throughout his time there. One time I took my wife into the Emerg at Campbellford because she was nausited and lost her balance, with a high fever. The Doctor in call that examined my wife and sent her home with a prescription for a viral ear infection, 2 days later we were back, because he condition did change, again another doctor looked at her and sent her home with another prescription for again a viral ear infection. This went in for over a week with a different doctor each time, until after about the 8th day Dr . Bartlett looked at her. De. Bartlett did extensive treating and even stayed over his shift period by several hours. Dr. Bartlett asked if I could bring my wife in the next morning to see and ear specialist. He said he thought she may have Meniers Disease, which we never heard of, so I brought her in the following morning and met with the specialist and after checking her over for about an hour, diagnosed her with exactly what Dr. Bartlett said they day before, that she Infact had Meniers Disease and wAs sent home with the proper meds for it. Dr. Bartlett didn't just give up and say it was a viral ear infection, like the other 5 or 6 doctors did, after examining her for only a few minutes and sending her home! I say Dr. Bartlett is the best doctor I have met in my 66 years of life. My hat is off to this man for his dedication to his profession, and yours should be too, if you are lucky enough to get him as your family physician!
