I used this practice recently as a new patient. Horrible experience. As far as the Paramus location. Horrible unprofessional staff. Doctor ok. I went for my annual. The breast exam ok (I was told). Then I go for my first mammogram. Never got a call from the office telling me I they had results and I needed additional test. Got a letter from radiology center that my results required additional tests! I was horrified! Could not reached Dr. Meyer's office on a saturday. No answering service. Turned out that I had to go for an ultrasound and discovered I had 11 cysts. Could not get the report of the ultrasound. Office claims they never received neither the mammogram nor the ultrasound report! Radiology sweared they sent via fax and mail. Very rude and irresponsible staff. No sensitivity at all to a new patient who was worried sick after first mammogram (which was very painful). I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DOCTOR OR OFFICE AGAIN. DO NOT RECOMMEND -NO WAY!

Dr. Meyer is awesome! She has now left her old practice and went out on her own (doing just Gynecology in Paramus). Her new staff is very helpful and she spends so much time going over every detail. She made me feel comfortable and not worry at all. Sometimes the wait is long to get in to see her but that's because she spends so much time with each patient. I'm glad she left the old practice because the staff was rude, unhelpful and never gave her any massages! I highly recommend Dr. Meyer!

I used to go to this practice seeing a variety of doctors as is customary in a large practice. While I no longer go there, I encountered Dr. Meyer at the Emergency Room at the hospital recently when I suspected that my water was leaking. She poked her head into my curtain and begged the nurse taking care of me for a cake recipe. She's interrupting my urgent care for a recipe. Get a clue. It may just be another day at the office for her, but it's not for me if I'm in the ER panicing regarding what's happening with my preganncy. I just kept thinking, you can't get more unprofessional than that. It was actually Dr. Rooney who delivered my first child and is one of the many reasons I left the practice but that's a whole other story. Overall, it's too large, disorganized and arrogant. The few good staff and docs are outnumbered by those who can't get it right.

Funny to read some of these comments. Dr. Meyer made us feel very comfortable. Our first visit was at 9:00 PM, and she consulted with us until 11:00 PM. Never rushed, never upset that it was late. She is great!

This practice and staff were terrible to have to work with. Although the doctor herself was ok, I had nothing but problems with the office. I had to wait for months to get a 2nd appt (even as an established patient). I was not able to get in touch with the doctor via the phone even after several messages (found out that the staff never gave her the message). I had to wait over an hour for the actual appt. I was denied refill meds from the staff (not the doc) as well as copies of my medical records. Once getting thru all that mess, I found the doctor to be rushed and a bit presumptive for what my medical needs were. When I shared my experience regarding her office staff, she said that they gave me the wrong info (which i knew) and that they should have put me thru to her. She then decided mid exam that the exam I waited months to have was actually not needed. I would not reccommend at all! I was made to feel that I was wasting everyones time b/c i was not pregnant or sexually active.

does not work evenings forcing a pregnant patient to switch to different dr in practice that she never met.

Dr. Meyer is wonderful. I would highly recommend her. She helped after the early delivery of my son and was so comforting and helpful even though I wasn't her actual patient at the time.
