I’ve been seeing Dr Heffer for a few years for a long term sinusitis issue which wasn’t diagnosed until I went to see him. He knows his stuff, can talk in layman’s terms, listens and takes time with you. I’ve never felt rushed with him. He seems to know all the doctors in his field as he had to look at past records for me. I trust his opinion. And he even knows how to reprimand in a polite manner lol. His staff are all great too. Good & quick at managing calls and managing the back end.

He is a Fantastic and Excellent Pulmonologist, who is very polite and very knowledgeable. He lets you know everything that you need to know about your current condition, in DETAIL....... I really like Dr. Heffer because he thoroughly checks my medication, talks about newer and better medications available. He makes me feel very confident in treating any existing or new lung conditions. But most of all, a is the way Dr. Heffer enlightens my day. He is a fantastic person!
