Dr Saldanha is one of the best doctors I have had. In addition to anything you have that is wrong already, she is very focused on preventative medicine and has diagnosed problems before they have become major

She is dismissive, unaccommodating, and threatened to remove my mom as a patient. The conversation occurred in front of unrelated people, breaching privacy. I expected compassion and professional care, but she lacks it.

I've been a patient of Dr. Saldanha for several years and the negative reviews are very accurate. No matter how much you try to advocate for yourself she will brush you off. I don't understand her aversion to giving patients tests. I've had to go to walk-in clinics over the years to get the help I needed. The only reason I'm still on the patient list is because it's so hard to get a new family doctor. She is simply awful.

Been a patient for about 3 year. Will dismiss every concern/issue you may have. Even if you have a history of something, it seems to get swiped under the rug. Will not ever do further testing if asked. Condescending attitude.

I see another doctor at her clinic but saw Dr. Saldanha at an after-hours walk-in when I couldn't get an appointment with my own GP. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and barely physically examined me. At one point I started to cry, and she rolled her eyes at me. Her bedside manner is terrible, and I've never felt so ashamed in a doctor's appointment. I will avoid all after-hours clinics with her in the future.

She was dismissive of my symptoms and seemed unconcerned about my health. During a phone conversation amid COVID, I mentioned a butterfly-shaped lump on my throat and shared my family’s history of thyroid cancer. She instructed me to come in, but when I arrived, she denied telling me to do so and insisted the appointment was supposed to be a phone call. When I reminded her about the lump, she abruptly canceled the appointment with noticeable frustration. I’ve since sought treatment for my hypothyroidism elsewhere.

Wow, what a terrible experience! I came to see Dr. Saldana because I had just dislocated my knee. Not only did she try to re-dislocate it but she also had me hop up and down on it! I have no idea how she became a doctor — if she were a vet, I wouldn’t bring a hamster to see her! Stay away at all costs!!!

All I can say is, wow! I dislocated my knee — and popped it back in myself — and was hoping to get a requisition to get it looked at at the x-ray clinic down the street. She tried to re-dislocate it and then proceeded to ask me to hop up and down on it! In the end, she didn’t even give me a requisition but gave me a piece of paper that said on it, “left knee instability.” It was the wrong knee! Don’t see her under any circumstances! If she were a vet, I wouldn’t bring a hamster to her!

Please stay away from her. You would be very lucky if she writes any tests and almost impossible to get any referral. She won't refer as she is herself an expert of every field of medicine. I think we no longer require any specialists in the Canada since she can treat all the ailments. Best of luck to all her patients as your luck can only save you now.

I can’t express how much I dislike the attitude of dr Saldanha, my partner was a patient of hers for over a year and wasn’t physically examined even once. She tried to kick me out of the room despite my partner saying he has had bad experiences and preferred me being there. Like others have stated she will dismiss any concerns you have and downplay your situation. Go anywhere but here.
