I can’t thank Dr Martin enough for what she has done for me with my PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and ADHD. I travelled four hours to see her as she was a fit for me. I am so angry at the vexatious people that have dragged her down! Just want to say thankyou to them for my regression in my treatment. You’re selfish people. If Dr Martin was t working for you, or you weren’t getting the answers and treatment you wanted!!! Then go elsewhere.

I was extremely disappointed and deeply concerned with my experience with Dr. Lindsay Martin. The consultation process was brief and lacked the thoroughness expected from a qualified medical professional. My concerns were not adequately addressed, and communication throughout the process was poor and unprofessional. There was also significant confusion and inconsistency regarding fees — including being asked to pay a cancellation fee for an appointment that was cancelled by Dr. Martin herself. This raised serious concerns about fairness and transparency in her practice. Even more concerning was the way medication management was handled. The approach felt careless and not aligned with accepted medical standards or client safety protocols. This left me feeling unsafe and unsupported during a time when proper care was essential. In my view, this experience demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and ethical care. I am relieved that regulatory authorities have reviewed her conduct and urge others to carefully consider their options before engaging this practitioner. Clients deserve transparency, respect, and safe medical care — none of which were demonstrated in my experience.

I have reported her to AHPRA and they have been in contact twice since I made the report a year ago to apologise for taking so long. Their reasoning for this was that they have had difficulty with getting in touch with her. That was what part of my complaint was as well but it was more about the fact that when I was able to get in touch with her, she was exceptionally rude and told me that I had been contacted multiple times which was a lie. No response to emails and no return phone calls from her to me or my GP or my psychologist. She had the audacity to tell me that I was the problem because I was calling and emailing and saying that I needed someone to get back to me when her office staff were being responsive and that if that’s not good enough then I need more help than I can get from the private sector and will need to have an admission in the public hospital for a review. I have thankfully found a great psychiatrist and I only needed a new psychiatrist because my long term private psychiatrist had become unwell and stopped working and has since passed away. I missed a bullet with this one thankfully, but it would be nice to have some closure regarding the complaint because what she said in a time of distress is something that could have been the end of my life if I didn’t have the right support in other parts of my life to keep me safe.

She is two faced & caused me a lot of trouble &:distress, twhich lead to me not being treated for physical conditions, which in turn became serious. She is not trustworthy & should not be working with people.

There is more than one victim behind her investigation, shame in her supporters belittling what she did to some of her patients, just because you have had a good experience doesnt't mean that she is perfect, she is human afterallll however I had a terrible experience and according to her registration conditions I am not the only one.

How do we get our records off her? I need them for an NDIS review.

Dr Martin is an amazing human being and so knowledgeable and helpful. She puts her patients first and always goes the extra distance. Just a wonderful Doctor. So very privileged to have seen her.

Very professional and dedicated doctor who’s knowledge is endless . it’s shameful how she has been treated and not at all professional ,too many people making assumptions with little facts - it’s bullying really with ‘ school boy tactics ‘ , shameful 🤦🏽‍♀️

I am the person behind all of her current AHPRA issues. She is unfit to practice. What she did to me mentally and the malpractice I experienced is unforgivable. She targets those she knows she can control. I’m so pleased to see that after nearly 4 years of AHPRA investigations she is going to be held accountable.,
