Biography
Klive Forde, MD, is a board certified family medicine physician. He received his medical degree from the University of the West Indies. Dr. Forde completed his family medicine residency at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare where he was the Susan U. Wager STFM Resident Teacher Award. Dr. Forde is energized by the long-term relationships family physicians form with their patients over the years. He truly believes in whole-person care of the body, mind, and spirit, seeing patients beyond just their medical conditions. In addition to his practice of family medicine for patients of all ages, Dr. Forde is fellowship-trained in obstetrics. Dr. Forde is married with two sons, and enjoys traveling, cooking Caribbean foods, and improving his language skills in Spanish and Haitian Creole.
