Dr. Donovan is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Eternally grateful to her for the care she’s provided to me and my family.

Thank god I had a c section and she wasn't delivering me. She's terrible. Made my supposed to best day the worst day of my life quite literally, all because she didn't do her job correctly and thats a fact. Totally stressed me to the max and ruined my first time being a mom. If I had to do it again I would of much rathered having my baby in my car ride to another hospital. Zero stars.

Dr. Donovan is amazing!! Her Assistant is so nice and cares so much. She does need help. Feel bad for her being the only person answering phones and taking care of ALL the people on her own.

My first time going to see a OBGYN. I was nervous and incredibly anxious. The wait in the waiting room was pretty long, appointment was for 930. Didn't see Dr until 1015. The reception desk only had one woman, and she seemed very busy. Even tho some comments state her as being unprofessional, she seemed down to earth and kind. We shared a laugh and she booked my follow up. The nurse that did the intake was lovely. She picked up on my personality right away and she was able to ease some of my anxiety. Dr Donovan was great, she was reassuring, made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. She was clear, and to the point. All in all for my first time as a younger woman seeing an OBGYN it was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Kelly is amazing. She’s helped me out more than any other doctor. She knows her staff and is very empathetic and easily explains everything. I don’t know why she has the receptionist she has though…she is so rude and dramatic. She makes comments about people who phone after she hangs up the phone with them. She has joked with me about going home and getting drunk because people are idiots. Seriously, hire a better person for your front office.

This is my second pregnancy and I opted to go back to Dr. Donovan for care. She is a great, knowledgeable doctor and has good bedside manner. My only complaints (and this hasn’t changed between the first and second pregnancy I’m noticing) is her schedule at the hospital and the often long wait times for in office appointments. Her reception staff is absolutely deplorable - I’m not sure what it is - if it’s lack of proper training and no emphasis for their staff to behave appropriately and professionally with patients and not completely rude, but the customer service is absolutely horrible to the point I am kicking myself for going back. If that’s important to you I would not suggest this office but otherwise Dr. Donovan is great.

Dr. Donnavan is an exceptional! She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel at ease. Her professionalism, compassion and expertise are truly impressive.

I first met Dr. Donnovan in the OR for an emergency surgery. She graciously accepted me as a patient to ensure I had the appropriate follow-up and treatment. She makes me feel comfortable and genuinely cares about her patients. I called to ask a question without an appointment and she took the time out of her day to personally follow-up with me via telephone to alleviate my anxiety . Her office is extremely clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

Her scheduled in OR needs to be better. She’s great, amazing DR but twice I was in OR she hasn’t performed any surgery on me. Unfortunately great consultant but her schedule needs works during her work at the hospital.

Worst of the worst . I was transferred to her office when my obgyn had retired he had transferred his paitents to two other Dr. I was unfortunately set up with her whom was to he my full time obgyn they charged me for my files to be transferred and took the money and refused to contact any of the paitents that were to be new ongoing paitents . Her receptionist is really terrible , poor communication , poor scheduling and is coddled at work and put before the paitents . I have voice recordings which I stated at first visit this conversation is being recorded for security and my health and safety. The words I could share are my employees come first . Even if she isn't doing her job or treating paitents with respect and not on social media while at work. Second I was to have regular visits due to health complications and future issues with prolapse uterus . I have to get another referral to see them again after 2 years when I was to see her every 6 months. This doctor does not deserve a 4 star she deserves to be out infront of the college and questioned for her actions and lacidaxical efforts to follow an obligation she agreed too and hasn't I can't get my files or my money back it is a broken system . I truly regret allowing my files to go to that office I have no idea what happened to it . And they never answer the phone so whom ever thinks she's a good Dr. Must be a bias system she runs and only certain people she treats decently and keeps as a paitent Long term it's been too long amd I'm tired of pain and excuses .
