I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Horspool. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your OB, you’re truly in excellent hands. He is always incredibly kind, patient, and never makes you feel rushed during appointments. He takes the time to really listen and ensures you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. What stands out most is how thoroughly he explains all of your options. He carefully walks through the pros and cons, answers every question, and makes sure you feel confident in whatever decision you choose. Rather than pushing you in a particular direction, he genuinely supports the path that feels right for you. Dr. Horspool clearly cares a lot about his patients and their well-being, and that level of compassion is rare. He is a phenomenal doctor, and I truly wish there were more physicians out there like him.

Dr. Horspool has been my OB for both of my pregnancies. One in 2022 and the other just delivered in July 2025. I have high blood pressure and he was excellent at providing proper care while also keeping the topic light hearted. I was induced early due to the blood pressure and he was amazing every step of the way. I really appreciate his sense of humour and bedside manner! I would recommend him and use him for any future pregnancies.

Be careful of this doctor, he does not tell you what is happening but will document things to protect himself. He does not care what happens to the patient or their baby.

Dr. Horspool was neglectful, lacked knowledge and withheld information from patient which lead to a catastrophic result. Thanks to him my family went through trauma that could have been avoided had he done his job properly. Please be careful of him especially if you are a person of color.

Dr Horspool is an outstanding OB to say the least. He is an exceptional physician who is a wealth of knowledge. The care he provided to me, as a first time mother, was like no other. He was supportive & caring through out a lengthy labour. He made me comfortable and calm. Despite L&D being a chaotic, busy & stressful environment, Dr H made me feel like I was his only patient that night. And for that, I could never thank him enough. If you are lucky enough to be under his care, or have him deliver your bundle of joy, count your lucky stars. He was hands down the most amazing OB. 10/10.

This doctor failed my family was negligent and caused unnecessary pain and harm

He did my surgery. Made me feel really comfortable. Has a good sense of humor.

He’s not bad but I’m mystified at the perfect scores. First of all he’s not punctual as I had to wait a long time several times to get my appointment, but more importantly he’s not knowledgeable. I had post partum hives which apparently is not uncommon in women of African descent and specifically asked for non drowsy allergy meds due to not wanting to drop my new baby by accident on falling asleep during the inevitable night feeds . He didn’t prioritize this concern and a) had never heard of this and b)told me there was no such thing as non drowsy allergy meds which ????. Anyway he’s a nice guy but I wouldn’t go as far as his current perfect score .
