I saw Dr. Rinaldi for years. I had cataract and diplopia surgeries in Calgary when I was in my early 50’s. I have a history of very bad eyes. After Dr. Rinaldi’s retirement I went only to an optometrist for a few years but he eventually referred me to Dr. Sindhi as my diplopia had returned. Dr. Sindhi was excellent in prescribing prisms in my glasses (for driving). He is gentle and kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated not having to return to Calgary for this. Then he lasered my cataracts and was punctual and efficient and respectful. No problems whatsoever with him. His staff are great as well.
He sees myself and my 16 year old daughter. Let me tell you. He is such a caring wonderful doctor for myself and her. We have to see him every 6 months to a year. I'm also blessed 🙏 to be going for eye surgeries. He is my blessing in disguise. As I've been having vision problems the older I get. Night driving is horrible and seeing... My prescription is a big one. I'm thrilled with Shan the receptionist through the years. Always happy and hard working. Holly is the nurse, does testing, she is so friendly hardworking and smart, lots of knowledge. I'm giving all the stars. He's kind to my 16 year old and she is comfortable there.
I have been a patient of Dr. Sindi for a few years now. I have had cataract surgery done on both eyes by him. On my visits to his practice I found him to be very pleasant and considerate of my needs. He takes time to explain everything in a straightforward non-condescending manner. I’m not left feeling I was talked down to and worrying about my expectations for my treatments and care. I like his straightforward honesty which to me is important as I have had medical doctors in the past who left me confused, unsure of things and feeling I was rather stupid. I have complete trust in Dr. Sindi and highly recommend him to anyone. Also I find his staff to be friendly and helpful at all times. Thank you.
I had my right eye cataract done by Dr Sindi. After the surgery I said thank you. No one responded. My post-op Nurse came in and she was so emotional. I could tell she was trying to hold her composure. Post-op recovery, my vision was blurry and my eye was swollen for almost two weeks. When you look at my face my features have changed. My right eye is wider. People who know me, say my appearance is changed. He should lose his license. If you have the ability go to Calgary. The technology there is so advanced.
He was Very professional and explains everything to make you feel at ease
Doctor Sindi is an excellent professional, very kind and good with young patients.he has done multiple eye exams surgeries on my daughter and he always delivers,he has common sense ,and a wonderful receptionist 😁
You walk in and are greeted by the most cheerful receptionist, Shan. Always ready to listen and accommodate where ever she can. Then the nurse, Holly, takes you for testing and drops. Holly is always pleasant and so well versed in her field. Years of experience and it shows. Last you see Dr Sindi, this man has the patients of a saint! Dr Sindi introduces himself to all new patients and their family’s and will sit and answer any questions you may have. Very knowledgeable and great bedside manner!
All of my experiences with Dr. Sindi and the staff in his office has been very good and very professional. The receptionist is very pleasant knowledgable and accommodating. I feel privileged to have had Dr Sindi perform blepharoplasty surgery on my eyes as he is a very caring and meticulous. After several procedures and visits to his office over time I can honestly say that he is an excellent doctor in every way and I highly recommend him.
just now Unbelievable! This doctor should not be practising. My husband saw him a couple of months ago. Before that appointment, two other doctors had diagnosed my husband with cataracts on both eyes. We were sent to Dr Sindi to set up an appointment for cataract removal. This doctor supposedly tested my husband’s eyes thoroughly. We spent an hour and a half with him. This so called “doctor” diagnosed my husband with a lazy eye and told us that cataract surgery was not needed! He said he would just have to live with the eye problem. I decided to arrange for a second opinion. My husband saw another ophthalmologist today. The diagnosis, cataracts on BOTH eyes plus further testing required for some other issues with his eyes. Surgery will happen sometime in the coming months. PLEASE USE CAUTION IF YOU SEE THIS DOCTOR. MY STRONG ADVISEMENT, GET A SECOND OPINION FOR ANY DIAGNOSIS THAT YOU RECEIVE FROM THIS MAN!!
Excellent doctor and staff. I am very happy with my surgery and the professionalism of the doctor and his staff.
