Dr. DeSerres was my surgeon for my breast reduction. I previously had a reduction at 19 that was very difficult. Tubes left in caused large scares, uneven, irregular scares. 20ish years later i am back looking at another reduction and having these worries all over again. Dr. DeSerres was so professional explaining the procedure, what he would do. How things have changed. Making me comfortable with this decision. Surgery went great and felt extremely smooth for me. All the staff that i interacted with were wonderful. So far i am about 8 weeks post op and feel things are doing great. This time is NO comparison to my first. To anyone considering plastic surgery, I hope my experience will be helpful. I am 46 years old and I had three children over 20 years ago. Those pregnancies left my breasts and stomach stretched out and covered with stretch marks — something I was grateful for, but that also made me feel insecure and unattractive. The shape and position of my breasts is both youthful and natural - they look even better than they did pre-pregnancy. The incision lines are clean, straight, well placed and symmetrical — I expect they’ll fade beautifully over time. Dr. DeSerres did my breast augmentation and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. There were a few doctors I was researching and contemplating in the area, but my intuition was strongly guided to and calmed when booking a consult with DeSerres. During my consult he felt very knowledgeable and confident. My actual surgery went fantastic. The nurses and anesthesiologist were so calming and friendly. They look incredible, the incisions are nice and clean. His aftercare was wonderful. I would recommend him 10x over.

I had an upper blephroplasty in Oct 2025 with Dr. DeSerres. There was virtually no pain, easy recovery, love my results. I was impressed with the time he spent on the consultation to explain everything. I’ve had other consultation where I felt rushed out the door. The procedure takes years off the eyes at a reasonable cost. I will be back for a 50th bday gift for myself. I highly recommend Dr.DeSerres!

7 weeks ago I had a Fleur De Lise with muscle repair, lipo and monsplasty. Dr DeSerres is incredible, professional from bed side manner to care and follow ups. He truly cares about his patients. His team Kasaray is phenomenal to work with as well. I plans for breast augmentation next and 100% will go back to him again. My results are AMAZING!!! I keep looking in the mirror I can’t believe how amazing his work is. Give him 500 stars if I could.
