I was there when they fired the previous secretary. She was rude, disorganized, and unhelpful. She actually shouted, 'I am going to write nasty reviews, and I will ask my friends to do so! What a shame!

Amazing doctor! She is super busy working at hospital and office, yet she took time to call me after hour and discuss my test results. She is serious about her role and take time to explain everything multiple times.

Doctor only interested in prescribing medication (pills). Basically hung up on me when I said did not want to take meds. Last year adamant I needed to take shots and then 6 weeks later she reversed my osteoporosis diagnosis, saying don't even have osteopenia. Could not answer my question on the impact of medications on BD. Didn't test my Vit D, a key bone marker. Did not listen.

This was one of the most disappointing medical experiences I’ve ever had. I came in hoping to be heard and supported, but instead I felt judged, dismissed, and even uncomfortable. The doctor’s attitude lacked empathy and professionalism — something I believe every patient deserves, especially in vulnerable moments. It’s truly disheartening when someone in a position of trust treats a patient this way. I hope they take this as a wake-up call to show more respect and compassion toward those who come to them for help.

My experience with this doctor was disappointing. I found their communication style to be unprofessional and lacking empathy. Instead of addressing my concerns objectively, they seemed to take things personally, which made the appointment uncomfortable. I hope they improve their professionalism and patient interactions in the future.I expected a more respectful and supportive approach from a medical professional.

Knowledgeable, polite and very caring. I had a great experience with Dr Jaleh Hassanlou. The office is easy to find. Available parking, pharmacy and wheel chair facility. I was there on Srptember 2025
