Dr. Haverstock has Golden Hands. I smashed my colar bone into pieses, and he fixed it that no one could tell. I think Oakville hospitall should be proud to have him part of their team.

Dr. Haverstock is an exceptional surgeon specialised in Upper Limb and Shoulder Pain Treatments. Dr. Haverstock is very kind, patient and experienced surgeon. Dr Haverstock and his office secretary, Daniela, answered all of our questions, and explained everything we needed to know to prepare for the shoulder surgery. Dr Haverstock performed a reverse shoulder replacement surgery for my left shoulder in October 2025. The surgery was successful and after surgery recovery is amazing. The Prehab and Pre-admission offices were very helpful that made this journey easy. My shoulder is getting better as the time goes by. My physio treatment is also helping very well to gain motions, reach and muscle strength. I will definitely recommend Dr. Haverstock to anyone suffering from Shoulder Pain. Dr. Haverstock is an exceptional surgeon. He performed a right shoulder replacement for severe arthritis. He is such a skilled surgeon that I had negligible pain after the surgery and no pain after 5 days. Dr. Haverstock is very kind, patient and understanding. He cares about his patients and had helped me with a referral to another surgeon for a separate serious issue I had for which I will be forever grateful. Dr. Haverstock inspires such confidence that I wasn’t nervous at all before the surgery. I am so fortunate that Dr. Haverstock performed the surgery. He exemplifies what a surgeon should be! Daniela in the front office is very helpful and friendly. The front office is very busy yet Daniela always has time to answer your questions and greets you with a warm smile.

If I could rate Dr Haverstock 10 out of 10, I would do it!. A different orthopedic surgeon at the OTMH fracture clinic ignored my shoulder pain following a traumatic fall. This other orthopedic surgeon says on his you tube videos that you have to be your own advocate... However, because I dared to asked him if an MRI could be done, that other surgeon told me I just have to adapt to our system here or to go back to my home country (after 23 years in Canada), the other surgeon also told me I had the option to cross the border and have an MRI done for 500 USD, Then, that other surgeon told me to go for a follow up appointment at his office 3 moths later, and if I was still in pain he possibly would give me a cortisone injection. After his behavior I did seriously request a referral specifically to the shoulder specialist. Dr Haverstock was the first physician that took the time to listen to my symptoms and answered my questions. He did a thorough exam. He ordered the shoulder MRI. I had several tendon tears on my shoulder and Dr Haverstock did my shoulder surgery at OTMH in May 2024. My shoulder is much better now, and so is my quality of life. I have seen Dr Haverstock both at OTMH and at his office. He is a kind person, that respects his patients. He listens and is not afraid when a person dares to ask a question. He is sure of his knowledge and skills, as a patient my feeling was that I was safe in his hands. Thank you Dr Haverstock. God bless you and your work.

Doctor schedules meetings with patients and never shows and actually closes up the office. This occurred twice over 9 months of trying to get surgery. DO NOT RECOMMEND. went to surgeon in Georgetown instead and had significantly better experience

Dr Haverstock did an open reduction orif with 2 screws and an anchor for rutured tendon in my elbow. Very personable professional surgeon who actually cares about your wellbeing and future outcome. God bless

Awesome amazing young , kind and gentle person showing such respect to my elderly husband and my self. My husband felt he had been listened to , and was content with the results of our visit. You and Dr. Lo (Vascular surgeon) were as wonderful with me when I had to have my arm repaired and you did the orthopedic part of securing broken bone, and Dr. Lo did the bypass and grafting with gortex..Wonderful surgical nurse Meghan Dool assisted and I had taught her and she knew my daughters, and had swam with my girls in our pool. She was so superb with us that night when she came to be with my family after your part of surgery was done!. You are amazing Dr. Haverstock and Art and I thank you profoundly! The wonderful lady in your front office is also amazing. This was an amazing experience today and telling Art as positively as you could , invasive surgery is not a wise move at this stage of his life and his age. At present with the assistance I have I can keep us in our safe condo and not be in a nursing home, and I want to keep it that way! Thanks again.

I met him in the fracture clinic at OTMH after being jn Emergency 7 days before. I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer with mets to my bones. I fell on concrete and put my arms out to stop my fall. My left elbow had a large effusion which indicates a fracture. He was arrogant, curt, did not examine me and stated," well you have the medical terminology down". He was an hour and a half late. He said he couldn't find a fracture. The nurse cut-off my soft cast and he told me to go. Made me feel like I was wasting his time. That I did not matter.

Dr. Haverstock did my carpal tunnel surgery and it was literally painless, both during and after the surgery. Great skill and lovely manner.
