Doesn't know how to deal with families with young children. Always leave her office feeling uncertain, worried and dismissed. At the very least a doctor should be empathetic. Make sure to follow up your requests and fight for what you need and follow your instincts. Or just get a new doctor.

I had a horrible experience with her. Like some others here have said, she's heartless, gaslights you, doesn't care to follow up, and doesn't know when she needs help. I'm worse off after seeing her and never felt safe or taken care of. I would rather go to a walk in clinic.

She has no empathy & only cares about money! I left her office crying because of her lack of care for me. I will be moving my family doctor asap! Do not go to her if you care for your health & have to beg to receive proper care.

She has issues with white males. Her WOKE behavior is disturbing. She has left me in distress by leaving me prescriptionless while she was traveling abroad. She continues to tamper with my meds that were prescribed by Doctors with PHD's. I'm sure I will be CANCELLED? I am a retiree who has suffered greatly by her Asian- Canadian prejudices. She treats white males like animals, " You have to do this or that to receive medication" I am handicapped! I have many bad days physically and few good days. This bias dr. should not be treating handicapped white Canadian males. Do no harm? Wow! If she is a product of Canadian universities they have fail miserably.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST FAMILY MEDICINE DOCTOR OUT THERE!!! You can throw in all the superlatives you want to describe her: first-rate, peerless, unmatched, world class, etc. She’s all that and a bag of chips. Don’t let her youthful exuberance and soft spoken voice fool you; she definitely knows her stuff (as other reviewers have noted). In addition, she’s always staying current by attending medical conferences every month. From answering emails late at night to literally carrying patients to her office, this doctor can do it all. I’ve dealt with countless family doctors over 3 decades (including a top 5 rated family doctor in Toronto on this platform), and she truly does stand alone. All the medical advice she has given my parents and I has been on the money (despite not knowing who they are and despite not knowing the identity of the author of this post). But this review is less about Dr. Han than it is about Carrie. This woman is a very warm-hearted, very kind individual. She perceives those entrusted under her care as human beings and not as patients. She’s someone who is smarter than 99% of the people she will ever come across and yet treat each person as her equal. It’s unbelievable that someone so young is this smart, this kind and this dedicated in this profession. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have cross paths with Dr. Han. She really motivates me to be a better person in all facets of life. As incredible as Dr. Han is, remember that she’s human just like the rest of us. Please be mindful of your time with her. She has other lives to save too. The world increasingly becomes a better place with each life she can touch.

I met Dr Carrie Han as my new family Dr. I’m impressed with her so far. She’s listened, advised and answered my questions professionally but still you know she cares for her patients.

Dr. Carrie Han is definitely a very knowledgeable doctor, confident, attentive to details, calm, friendly. I am glad there is such a good young doctor in this medical center. I met her during after-hours care, she was very helpful.

Dr Han has been our FD for 2 years. She is the most friendly FD we have met to date. I don't know if she's available for new patients but I have referred her to friends/family left right and center. Genuine concern for our health. Visits are efficient and quick, but not rushed.

Never got any helpful advice from her, not even once. All my concerns or requests left unattended, however she tried to charge me several times for nothing (like 20$ for just asking to book an appointment through online platform).

unethical and completely unprofessional. still considering whether to report her behaviour to CPSO. avoid at all costs.
